Yesterday we all stuck together and explored some of this place, it's absolutely huge so there's no way we could have seen everything in a day. After awhile when we decided we saw enough for the day, we came back and all hung out in Aaron's room.
Just from that you could tell the close friend groups mine including Devyn and Elton which we met last night. Kevin and Aaron are really sweet too but the rest I just didn't click with.
We all went back to our rooms around 7am to get dressed, seeing as we were told to be ready early today. I don't know how the whole shopping thing works here but I am so ready for new clothes. I can't even remember my style, and I sure know this isn't it.
I walk out from my closet drying my hair from the shower and check the time. 8:46 okay that's still morning I should be fine...
On cue I hear banging at my door. My eyes widen and I shuffle over pulling open revealing Devyn and Elton. "Took you long enough!" Elton laughs shaking his head. "Come on you turtle everyone is already down stairs." Devyn grabs my wrist dragging me out as Elton grabs my key from the table and locks the door following.
"Everyone is here now right?" The same girl from yesterday asks as we get down stairs.
"Perfect, today we are gonna have a ton of fun," she smiles and walks over to stand with us since she was on the stage thing. "We are going to be finding out a lot about all you today, but you don't have to do anything but have fun and go off your instinct." Devyn raises her hand and she looks over nodding at her to speak.
"What's your name? And I remember you mentioning shopping yesterday?" Devyn says with a hopeful look.
"I'm Selene love and yes, that is exactly where we are heading," she grins spinning on her heels. We all just follow assuming we're supposed to.
She walks through the biggest door I've seen since being here. "So this," she motions to the completely empty white room we're standing in. "Is kinda like our portal to anywhere we would like to go. Today our destination is New York, seeing as none of you are from there you won't be recognized."
"Wait they can see us??" Aaron asks with wide surprised eyes.
Selene laughs and nods. "We are capable of doing so much, just wait and you will see. Until then though, it's time to get our shop on." She grins and snaps her fingers.
My body feels as if it goes though a wave, cold wind making me squeeze my eyes shut. When they re-open we're all in some alleyway on the side of a building.
"Wow.." Devyn says walking out the alley and looking around. I look to Selene to make sure it's okay for us to go out there, she just shoos me off with a nod. I turn and run over catching up with Devyn.
I pause next to her looking around at all the giant buildings, bright lights and people walking around seeming to be their happiest. "Welcome to New Yorks Fifth Avenue," Selene says standing next to us, everyone else behind her looking around in shock just like me and Dev.
"So where do you guys want to start?!" She grins jumping in front of us. "Well seeing as the rule is lady's first, that one." Devyn points to a shop with brightly dressed models on the screen walls.
"To that one it is then."

Two hours of shopping and trying stuff on and I have found nothing that I like.
"Okay that's it! You're thinking way too much about this," Elton says and walks off, he starts grabbing two items from every section in the store.
"Now come on!" He grabs my arm and starts pulling me to the dressing room. "You are gonna try on each, and every item until you like one, or else you're gonna be stuck in these ugly prisons clothes," he says sternly, opening a dressing room for me.
"Wow you gonna be in there for awhile," Aaron informs going through the stack Elton is holding. He's just been chilling here watching us seeing as he finished in the second store.
I just hum in response and take the clothes in there closing the door. "And I wanna see all the outfits!" Elton declares. I just laugh and shake my head.
Four outfits later and I'm tired and annoyed. "I don't like any of them! Maybe it's just the shops but I don't know, I wanna leave," I sigh sitting next to them on the bench they were waiting for me on.
"Nope sorry you can't, stand up." Elton stands waiting for me to do the same. He looks me up and down and then turns walking out of the dressing room. He struts back in with a bunch of pastel clothes on his arm.
"Honestly, I don't think the problem was the shops, more just the section we were getting it from." He mutters as he enters the room I was dressing in setting the clothes down on a seat in there. He holds up items trying to make outfits, my eyes widen seeing the crop tops, skirts and shorts, everything white or a pale pastel color.
"Okay try on this!" He holds up an outfit.

"Don't get me wrong it's a gorgeous outfit but like-" he cuts me off. "None of those excuses Sammy, we're dead, meaning it's finally our chance to wear and do whatever we want out of this judge mental world. Therefore you are gonna try on this, look stunning as fuck and if you don't like it then fine we'll keep trying the men clothes. Deal?" I slightly nod taking the outfit from him. He steps out closing the door behind him.
I put it on and just stare at my self in the mirror for awhile. "Sam? How does it look?" I hear Devyn's voice from behind the door. When did she get here? "Good.." I whisper and slowly turn opening the door.
They all freeze. "Oh. My- Yes! You look so good!" Devyn yells jumping up and down. I smile and nod. I do really like the outfit. "Okay we're getting it! And all these," Elton grabs the rest of the pastel clothing walking over to Selene telling her we want this stuff.

"Well that was a day," I laugh helping Devyn hang all her stuff in her closet. "Honestly," she rolls her eyes with a grin on her face. We both look to the door as it's thrown open. "Hello my angels," Selene smiles walking in.
"So I have a question, I was supposed to take this to the demons," she motions to a book under her arm. "Buttt I'm not a big fan of them, they push my buttons. So! I was wondering if you guys could take it tonight? Seeing as most head angels sleep tonight you won't be caught."
"Sure! There was one I thought was really cute anyways," Devyn smiles taking the book from her opening it but before she can read anything it slams shut on its own. "Yeah only demons can open that," Selene laughs.
"Anyways thanks loves I'll see you both tomorrow," she turns around with a wave leaving. "Dev, I can't go there, you're gonna have to find someone else," I tell her with a sad smile. "What?! Why? I want my bestie to come," she pouts laying on her bed.
"Because Cora told me that I'm not aloud to see them." "Ugh, who cares what she said I don't like her anyways, weirds me out. Just think about it, it's still pretty early." I sigh and nod laying next to her wanting a few hours of sleep after all the walking around we did.
