Y/N: Um idk how to say this but please don't get mad at me

K: Why would I? You know I'll treat you like my own daughter no matter what

Y/N: Thanks but long story short, I got threatened by Alexis, then kidnapped and when Daniel tried to save me, the kidnappers came back and Daniel went to them to protect us but he got shot by them...

K: Oh no! Is my baby okay now?

Y/N: We have no updates but it was quite a bad condition when he was brought here. I'm so sorry, it's my fault

K: No darling don't blame yourself! He did it because he loves you and wants to protect you. I'm on my way to the hospital now, wait for me there

Y/N: Ok thank you..

-Y/N'S POV-

Keri was right, she has always treated me as if I was her other daughter ever since my parents passed away. Being Daniel's girlfriend gave me the chance to be a part of such a lovely and caring family. They would never scold me even if Daniel gets injured because they know he does it for me not because of me. I should be more positive so that I'll end up convincing myself that Daniel is ok, he's just taking a nap in the operation room...

C: HEY Y/N! Are you okay? I've been calling you for so many times, have too many things on your mind?

Y/N: For sure yea, but I was trying to think positive and that Daniel will be just fine when he is done with his operation. Oh yeah, Keri is also coming over, I called her

C: What did she say

Y/N: She was being very nice to me when I was telling her not to get angry at me. I remembered the love I would receive from the Seavey family, but now I'm just worrying they'll lose one member...

C: Daniel will be fine, calm down. Let's go back to the boys?

I just nodded and walked together with Corbyn's hand on my shoulder, trying to comfort me. Soon Keri and her family arrived and the first thing she did was came up to hug me tightly

K: That must have been terrifying isn't it?

Y/N: Mhm Daniel is still in-

K: Don't worry about him, I know he'll do his best to stay alive for you, its not your fault okay?

Y/N nod again, thankful for how Keri treats her even through times like this.
