Chapter 37

Daniel was walking to Y/N's room when he heard a guy's voice inside, then Y/N's voice responding

Y/N: I'm sorry I don't like you that way

Daniel didn't like what he heard for sure, he barged in and saw Y/N lying on the bed with tear stains on her cheeks and Chance sitting in her chair at the study table. Seeing that, he sighed feeling relieved as they both turned and looked at him. Y/N gasped and launched herself onto Daniel, hugging him tightly.

Y/N: Where were you? I thought you were going to stay with me??

D: I went to settle some things, I'm sorry... but now I'm back!

Y/N: I had a nightmare so I went to look for Tessa but turns out they went to get food...

Ch: Um... hi you must be Daniel

D: Ah yes yes my bad, and I assume you are Chance?

Ch: Yes, I've heard a lot from Y/N about you

Y/n looked to the floor and blushed while Daniel continued hugging her tightly.

D: I heard just now something about not liking you that way? What was that about

Ch: Oh um nothing... I didn't think Y/N had a boyfriend as I wasn't here when you came so I told her I liked her but no surprise she is already taken

D: Aw thanks for accompanying her while I was gone though, we sure do need that friendship between yall while I'm on tour

Y/N: I'll get along with them just fine, don't worry. Now go pack your luggage

D: Didn't you want me to stay here...

Y/N: Yea but you have a dream to chase so go!

Daniel hugged her one last time before saying goodbye to them both, leaving the house. Soon, the rest of the people who lived in the house came home and Y/N ran to the door to greet Tessa first

Logan: Wow am I invisible to you?

Y/N: Mhm. Tessa come to my room

Tessa and Y/N went into her room, Chance has already left into the kitchen since they bought back food

Y/N: Girl, Chance confessed to me but I have Daniel

T: Oh um- Chance?

Y/N: Yea why?

T: Um... n- nothing?

Y/N: You realise I'm a girl too and I can tell when you're lying right. Spill it Tess

T: K fine you got me, I like him but he doesn't like me back...

Y/N: How would you know if you don't ask him

T: Um maybe cuz he likes you?

Y/N: Yea but I have a boyfriend plus I told him he'll find his love soon. This is just infatuation
