Summary:

Ever since Jungkook was little he was fascinated with having a soulmate. Hed always doodle on himself hoping to get a response. He doesnt get response back often. Its years later hes in college works at a fucking Home Depot and he sees a beautiful man looking at paint samples. What happens when he attempts to show this customer the paint sample he mixed and it explodes all over him and it shows up identically on this stranger.

Ever since Jungkook was little hed always been fascinated with the idea of having a fated partner, a soulmate. When his mother told him the stories about how her and his father found each other with their doodles he always wanted to find his mate in the same sweet way. At 6 when he understood the words his mother told him he doodled all day on his arms and legs. Sometimes his mom would yell at him or shed tell him it was cute. Ahh Jungkook thats cute. Who are you hoping will be your mate? She asked the boy as she folded the laundry. Well mama I want him to be nice, and pretty. And also to like me too! After that his mom knew he would grow up gay, and if he always thought that as a child why would she stop him. Wow honey. Thats so cute. Well when you meet him bring him over so we can have a dinner. Ever since that day Jungkook awaited for the day when him and his soulmate would go to his house for that dinner.

Jungkook has just started his first year of college. After moving away from the country side and into Seoul, where he attended school, Jungkook had never forgotten the words his mother said to him. After all these years hed been writing to his soulmate. Everyday. All that he had learned about him was that he was in his 3rd year of college and that he also lived in Seoul. He never responded as much as Jungkook wrote. But Jungkook never lost persistence. While in his first year he made many new friends. He was lucky and got placed with an amazing dorm mate. His name was Taehyung he was in his second year. Of course being the good friend he was Taehyung introduced him to his brother Seokjin and his boyfriend Namjoon. Those two were put together by fate. In Jungkooks eyes they were the perfect couple. Taehyung never talked about his soulmate so Jungkook never asked.

One day when his group met at lunch Seokjin had a brilliant idea. Hey guys how about we have a sleepover Everyone agreed that next Friday they would head to Jin and Namjoons apartment and have a sleepover. Jungkook had work the next day, but didnt mind, he just had to remember to pack his work uniform. When he got back to the dorm that night he decided to talk to his soulmate. He knew most likely he wouldnt get a response back but he always liked to kept them updated with his boring life.

I dont know if youll see this but I just wanted to let you know Im fine. I hope your doing well. Remember Ill always except you no matter who you are

After he wrote the message on his arm where he knew his Soulmate would see it he laid back in his bed and fell asleep. When he woke the next morning his message from the previous night was smudged so he decided to get into the shower. He washed the ink off his arm, when he saw swirls start to appear on his hand the the next mark looked like it was dragged through the swirls. Jungkook didnt question it as he proceeded to wash. In the middle of washing his hair he saw a message appear on his arm it was simple and short.
