"Mrs.Maldonado it seems like your daughter hasn't been eating for a few weeks" I heard somebody say.

"That's impossible I leave her dinner every night before work and when I come back it is noticeable that she ate" I heard my mom say to someone.

"She might be throwing her food away she is almost anorexic this was a side effect from it I suggest you talk to her about this because this is endangering her life" I heard a man say and then walk out the doors.

"I can't believe this is happening" I heard my mom say almost crying.

"I don't understand either mrs.maldonado" I heard myke say.

"Where is jefnier he would never leave her side if he knew she was at the hospital" my mom said to myke.

"They aren't in speaking terms right now they haven't been in a few months" myke said and I heard my mom gasp.

"How come I didn't know this.. is this why she is like this right now and hasn't been herself" my mom said.

"possibly" myke said and that's when I opened my eyes. " I should call him" myke said taking out his phone.

"No don't" I said it sounded more like a whisper and they both turned around.

"Baby you're awake"my mom said and she hugged me very tightly, and so did myke. "You scared us honey" my mom said.

"Im sorry" I said to them almost crying. "But please don't call jefnier I don't want him to know about any of this" I said to both of them.

"but fresita he would want to know" myke said to me and I started crying. 

"Please don't tell him okay i want him to be able to be happy and to just forget about me" I said to myke bawling my eyes out.

"Honey you guys have been friends for almost your whole lives" my mom said to me with her eyes filled with concern.

"I know,  Mom can you please get out I need to speak to myke for a moment alone" I said to her and she nodded then left the room.

"How come you haven't been eating fresita" myke asked me. "I almost had a heart attack when you passed out I thought you died" he said and I began to feel really bad.

"I'm sorry okay I just haven't been feeling very well lately and I lost my appetite but this is not what I wanted to talk to you about" I said to him.

"Then what Is it" he asked me.

"About jefnier" I told him.

"You guys should just make up already you need each other" myke said and I looked away.

"No I don't think we should " I said to myke and his eyes where filled with shock. "not because I hate him or anything but the complete opposite . I want him to make a life without me in it because I'm just holding him back since he tends to worry all the time. He looks so happy right now without me in his life, and I just want him to keep it that way okay. If he finds out about this he's going to feel guilty, and I don't want him to so please don't talk about me in front of him or mention me try to make him forget me" I said to myke whom was just shocked at what I said but nodded.

"I respect your decision fresita I really do but I think you are making a mistake and trust me he is not happy right now he's a mess even if he looks like he's living the life" myke said giving me a weak smile. I hugged myke and told my mom she can come back in. "I have to go to the recording studio but I'll come back later I promise" myke said and I nodded.  We said our goodbyes and so did my mom.

MYKE

I walked into the studio still thinking about everything that has happen in the past few hours. I just can't believe this happened to my fresita. I knew since I saw her earlier when I picked her up that she wasn't good. She looked like she lost a lot of weight and she looked dull basically  lifeless. When I saw her drop to the floor I swear I almost lost it.

"You're not going to say hi" I heard somebody say and I knew who's voice that was and I got angry listening to that voice for some reason. But I calmed myself down before I did something I would regret I did promise ailinn and he doesn't know about anything that is happening right now. I looked up and saw Jefnier standing in front of me.

"Sorry I spaced out but dude holy shit it's been a while" I said to him and I hugged him.

"Yea it has I heard you were back in PR and decided it was a perfect time for me to come back home to you know" jefnier said to me with a big smile on his face but I knew it was fake."Where have you been I was looking for you all over the place" he asked me now it's time to come up with some bullshit lie.

"Just visiting a few people you know" I said to him and I guess he took the hint which caused him to  frowned a little, and realized that I was talking about Ailinn.

"How is she" he asked me sadly I noticed his mood took a quick turn.

"She's good man she's doing good" I said to him knowing damn well that my best friend is currently hospitalized right now.

"I really miss her you know but she made it clear that she didn't want me in her life and I was a jackass ,and told her the same it is one of my biggest regrets I've ever made " he said to me and I noticed his eyes were getting a little glossy so I decided to change the topic before I spilled anything.

"So this song you were talking to me about the other day" I said to him.

AILINN

"When can I leave" I asked the doctor as he checked my vitals.

'Well you can leave tonight since nothing horrible happened but I honestly would recommend you stay a few more days" he said to me.

"I'll leave tonight" I said to him and he nodded. He then quickly wrote something down on the clipboard.

"Very well i'll have the nurse give your mother some papers to sign to release you" he said and I nodded. He then walked out of the room. I hate hospitals but only when im the patient when im not I don't mind them. Then my mom walked back In with a nurse ,and the nurse began to disconnect everything off my body.

"Okay we are ready to go" my mom said and I nodded and slowly got up from the bed. I quickly put my shoes on and walked out of the room.

We finally left the hospital and I was on my way to my house I was actually excited but I knew as soon as we walked Into the house my mom would want to talk, and I was not in the mood to talk the only thing im in the mood for is my bed also Netflix and Disney+ so talking is out of the question. I got out of the car when we were parked in our drive way and I walked inside.

"Can we talk tomorrow morning because I really want to go to bed" I said to my mom before she even got a word out and she nodded. I walked to my room and closed the door behind me and I took my shoes off and my pants and go in my bed and turned on my tv and went to bed. Tomorrow is a new day besides the lecture im going to get from my mom everything is going to be good.
