Waking Up Engaged to Liam

The First Night

   After we left Dr. Greene's house we got in the car and headed back to Liam's house. The ride was silent and quite awkward. The air started to become thick and hard to breathe. When we finally made it back to the house I all but jumped out of the car. I waited for the others to slowly get out of the car and walk up to the door. Liam unlocked the door and we finally filed back into the house.

"So what do we do now?" Liam asked. At that point Ava's tummy rumbled and we all giggled.

"She's hungry," Ava said.

"How about we get some pizza and watcha movie," Mary suggested. We nodded agreeing as Liam pulled out his phone and walked to the kitchen. Jess went to pick out a movie as Ava, Mary, and I sat on the couch to chat.

"So...," Ava said.

"How did this happen?" I blurted out my curiousity getting the best of me. Ava and Mary looked hesitantly at each other.

"I don't think that's a good idea," Ava muttered. I pouted a little bit.

"Dr. Greene did say not to force information on her," Mary said.

"That's not forcing information on me I'm just curious," I protested. Mary seemed like she was begining to waver.

"Nope, not happening," Liam said as he walked back into the room. I sighed loudly and leaned back dramatically. Liam chuckled and sat to my right on the couch. Jess popped the movie in and as she walked towards the couch the doorbell rang. She walked to the door and came back with pizza.

"I was going to pay for that,"  Liam protested.

"It was my turn to pay," Jess replied. Liam shook his head and just leaned back. We all took a slice and watched as the movie began , Titanic. Liam slipped his arm around my shoulder. My entire right side was on fire as he cuddled me into his side. I could hardly pay attention to the movie. His sent enveloped me and I felt so comfortable like I could sit there in his arms all night. As the ending of the movie came, I realized I hadn't actually watched any of the movie. The credits began to roll and  Ava stretched and yawned as she got up. Jess and Mary followed suite.

"Well, we should be getting home it's already nine," Jess said looking at her phone. Me and Liam gave each one a hug and followed them to the door as we said our goodbyes. We then went to the bedroom. Liam began to grab some clothes and a pillow and blanket.

"Well I guess I'll sleep on the couch," he said as he began to walk out of the door.

"No I'll sleep on the couch. I would feel bad to let you sleep on the couch," I said rushing forward. Liam chuckled and shook his head.

"Alexis I would never let you sleep on the couch. Who do you think I am," he said, "Goodnight Alexis." He left the room and shut the door behind him. I wanted to follow after him and insist that I sleep on the couch but I had a feeling he would'nt budge. I looked through the closet and found a nightgown. I slipped it on and got into bed after turning off the lights. I closed my eyes and tried to go to sleep but the room seemed so empty and scary. My mind just wouldn't shut off. There were so many questions still in my mind. I tossed and turned for about half an hour before I got up and walked into the living room.

"Liam?" I asked quietly.

"Yeah," he said kind of groggily.

"Nevermind, sorry," I said before begining to walk away.

"No, wait what's wrong," he said sitting up.

"It's just, I couldn't really sleep and I was wondering if you would sleep in the bed with me, please," I said in a mumble.

"As long as it won't make you feel uncomfortable," he said begining to stand up. I nodded indicating that I would be alright. Me and Liam walked back into the bedroom turned of the light and got back into bed. I could feel Liam behind me and it made me feel a lot better and I was off to sleep in no time.

Helllllloooooo my weirdos. So oh my gosh I am so sorry. I did not mean to wait so long for this update. That waas a ridiculous amount of time. I want to update again today just to say sorry.
