💦 FIRST MINI-EVENT: 💧

For the bookmembers, socialmembers, advisors, admins, and multimembers!

The growth of the club is predictably slow, but we will fix this soon. In the meantime, we will be hosting a mini-event. If the event turns out to be a hit, then we are thinking of making it a monthly projection!

Fellow members: ByThyButterfly  RuVineet  loverdolphin57  stargiven  lovechild777  pri_roha  eroticfictionauthor  MooonYagami  _sarcasticteen

The first event will be all about writing. Here we will focus on your ability to influence the reader in either of two different yet parallel situations.
You will be required to choose between the two tasks given below. Your assignment should be completed within one week (seven days).
Entries should be submitted via email, so we will contact each member individually and give them the club's official email.

Task 1:
Someone is suffering from depression and/or anxiety, in its first stages, showing symptoms. Write one paragraph, of roughly around 30 to 60 words (you CAN exceed the word limit), giving a motivational speech dedicated to that person, termed X, to make them feel better about themselves. You may refer to the internet or anything else that would help you write a satisfying speech.

OR

Task 2:
Someone is suffering from a (terminal or grave) illness but they are still on the first stage, meaning that they still have a chance to overcome it. Write one paragraph, of roughly around 30 to 60 words (you CAN exceed the word limit), giving a speech dedicated to that person to make them feel more willing to combat their illness. You may refer to the internet or anything else that would help you write a satisfying speech.

Recap: You will have to write a paragraph of 30 to 60 words on one of the two topics. The deadline is due in one week, seven days from now. If you will not be able to participate in this mini-event, please inform us!

Why is there a mini-event being held?
We are aware that the club's progression is slow, which is why we will be engaging in various projects in order to give our haven exposure. We will be advertising the club very soon, but for the moment we would like to establish our base, starting with our new, first members! This would mean acquainting with ALL of the townies, as we do not like to discriminate between ranks. Citizens of the club have as much rights as the advisors or admins to talk to us and give us their opinions about the club and the events. Hence to bring this into light, this event will center around all members' talents, to see whether they can motivate other people. We are aware that this is not everyone's cup of tea, but please do not take it to be an examination or a test;— write as your heart tells you to, not as what you think we expect of you. Your heart gives you more credit than the expectations of others, so remember that! ❤️

• If you have any more questions, please do not be afraid to ask!

Of course, there will be a prize for all speeches submitted.

winners:
i. a sticker for 1st places best speech support club.
ii. shoutout in the daily positivity book.
iii. obvious bragging rights.

semi-winners:
i. a sticker for 2nd places best speech support club.
ii. shoutout in the daily positivity book.
iii. obvious bragging rights.

Keep in mind ALL of the member's speeches will be showcased in our "daily positivity" book, which will be coming soon, hence why we are hosting this event.

After all, a support club cannot be a support club without a slice of motivation!
