This SCP is known for the nickname "The Plauge Doctor" since this resembles the actual plauge doctors during the black death in the 1500s to 1700s. This SCP is actually able to be reasoned with and you're able to communicate with SCP 049. But just because you're able to, this does not mean it's easy to do so. SCP 049 attempts to cure its patients, but turns them into Subject 049-2, which is basically an undead infected corpse of the original person.
