Dean:
Your jawbone bone. Dean absolutely loves to kiss it. He loves the way your breath hitches when he trails short wet kisses along your jaw bone. It's obviously your sweet spot. You'll squirm and sigh under his touch which makes him grin like crazy. In any situation he tries to find an excuse to kiss your jaw.
Sam:
Sam loves to kiss your bare shoulders. It's a little odd but it's sweet just the same. He'll let his lips graze over them for the longest time. Your skin is warm and soft which makes him just melt. You'll lay on the couch after a long day and he'll plant soft kisses on your shoulder to relax the both of you.
Cas:
Castiel still has trouble initiating kisses, but his favorite place to kiss you whenever your cuddling or he's feeling brave is your neck. He doesn't really understand the intimacy of it, and his favorite thing is the way you whimper and giggle at his touch when he kisses your neck.
