Next Hiro called a news anchor that was on live tv, talking to him. In the middle of the news anchor's talk about how Hiro wasn't going to get away with this or something Hiro shot him through the cellphone.

"Everyone, please get rid of your smartphones right now. Shishigami is using them to commit the murders!" Ando's voice said through the broadcast that seemed to reach every single person's phone.

"Huh? What's this?" Hiro asked with a laugh. "Chokko? How's he doing this?"

"C'mon, you don't need smartphones," I tell him.

He nodded and held his hand up again, his finger pointed at the camera. "Well, let's get this show on the road"

From every single tv screen he started shooting. The screaming started again and the killings were more vast. Instead of a single handgun, he repeated the word 'dada' as if he had a machine gun. With every person he killed he counted.

"100. That concludes today's quota. That was the test drive. It took me 30 minutes to kill 100 people. Starting tomorrow, it'll be the real thing. Starting tomorrow, I will kill 100 people a day. So everyone, please look forward to that! Well, I'll see you tomorrow"

"Do you have something different planned for tomorrow?" I ask.

"I do. I'm going to show Chokko what I can do"

"Chokko?"

"Ando. He teamed up with the police. An enemy... I guess Chokko is my one true foe. What a joke"

I went over to him and hugged his arm. "At least you have an ally"

"They're coming after me. I don't want them going after you too"

"I've already told you. I can handle myself"

Hiro kept his promise. The next day, when he finally thought it was the right time to kill again, an airplane was going over head. He took control of it, making it lower and crash into a building.

I watched smoke rise up from where the plane hit, my mouth dropped wide open. Hiro stood beside me and gently put a finger under my chin, closing my mouth for me.

"Just wait"

He tilted my head up and I saw so many more planes falling from the sky, crashing to the ground. But that was only the first wave. Another set of airplanes came falling down, all except one that Hiro seemed to lose control of. That plane had been saved by the old man.

"Who's doing this? Who is this guy? Don't mess with me!"

Then one after another the old man brought almost every single plane in the second wave down safely, landing them in the water by a beach.

"Uh oh," I mumbled.

"Stay here," Hiro ordered me before flying off.

"You're starting to really get on my nerves!"

Soon after he left Hiro, following behind the old man, flew past me. Then Hiro shot some sort of explosive from his arm, making it explode in the air, but it didn't stop the old man.

This war ongoing between the two of them wasn't going to end easily. It wasn't going to finish with one of them killing the other, who knew how long it'd take for that to happen with two practically indestructible robots.

From where I was it looked like fireworks in the sky. But the continuous back and forth helped me know that they were both still moving, it wasn't just a one man battle.

A satellite came crashing down, broken pieces of it landed all around. I almost got hit but I was lucky enough to have seen it coming.

After that the fighting seemed to stop. There were no more planes falling from the sky, no more explosions, no more gunshots, only faint screaming. I hurried down the stairs and immediately went looking for Hiro.

In the end Hiro ended up finding me. I had given up, going back to my place, to see Hiro land on my balcony, a black hoodie over his head. I opened the door and let him in.

"What's up with the hoodie?" I ask.

"That old man... ripped off my arms and..."

The hood fell back, revealing that the back panel of his head had been ripped off. I sighed, stepped forward and laying a hand on his chest.

"I'm tired of the killing," I told him.

"I'm done"

"Really? Thank you. It's sort of pointless anyway now that there's an asteroid headed towards the earth, about to destroy us all"

He looked down, not saying anything. I raised an eyebrow, wondering why he was so silent.

"What is it?"

"I'm going to miss you"

"Hiro, you aren't going anywhere. We're going to stick together"

He stepped closer and kissed me. When he pulled away I kept my eyes shut a little longer, only to feel a gust of wind against my face. I opened my eyes to see he was gone.

I ran out to the balcony and watched the sky, waiting to see if he would show up again. There was a giant explosion in the atmosphere, around where the asteroid was. And then there was a second explosion. My eyes widened.

"What did you do, Hiro?" I whispered.

I picked up my phone and called Ando, knowing he was the only one who would know what was going on. He was working with the old man, and he knew Hiro's secret.

"Hello?" Ando answered shakily.

"It's Amaterasu. Please tell me you know what just happened"

"Hiro, and Inuyashiki, both self destructed. They destroyed the asteroid"

I gasped and covered my mouth. "A-are you serious?" I mumbled.

"They saved the world"
