You turn around and swim as fast as you can. You look back over your shoulder to check the croc's progress, and while you're looking away, you swim into a fishing boat.
"Hello," says the handsome young fisherman in the boat. "Do you need a hand?"
You accept, and climb into his boat. "Where am I?" you ask.
He answers, with a confused look on his face, "You are in Forrendell. More specifically, you are in the Queen's moat."
"How did I get here? I remember being at the science fair... and Dorothy was showing me her time machine project, and I-"
Can it be? Have you really travelled back in time?
"What year is it?"
"Why, it is the year 777, of course."
You really have gone back in time!
