You run to the nearest tree and climb it. The bear loses interest and begins walking away. You fall asleep in the tree while waiting for him to leave.
You are woken slowly by a loud noise. You open your eyes, and hear another loud noise. You look down to see a burly man with a beard chopping down your tree! He hits it again, and it begins falling.
You yell, but not before he has made his final swing. The tree, with you in it, falls to the ground.
The man helps you up. "Sorry about that! I didn't realize someone was in there. Say... you look familiar. You didn't perchance go to John Paul II Collegiate?"
"I did! You went back in time too?" You ask incredulously.
"Yes, I did. I was in the ninth grade at the time- I think you were a few years younger than me."
You introduce yourself. He introduces himself as Milo. He says he's been here for five years working as a lumberjack.
