Everyone ran up to the gingerbread men and asked them what's wrong.
Saiko: What's wrong little gingerbread men?
Gingerbread man: There was someone who went on a journey. One of our gingermen but they never came back.
Meggy: Oh my Cod! That's awful!
Gingerbread man 2: Yeah! He got burned by the dragon!
Luigi: D-d-did you say DRAGON?!
Gingerbread man: Yes, he went to retrieve the star piece from his lair.... But he never came back.
Mario: We'll-a get it for you!
Gingerbread men: Oh, we have no need for it, it'll help you more than it will us!
Tari: Ok, so all we gotta do is get the star piece and we'll be on our way!
*Everyone rushed toward the dragon before hearing the warning from the gingerbread men*
Gingerbread man: Wait! He's a hypnotic dragon!
Gingerbread man 2: Yeah! Stare into his eyes and you'll be no more!
*But the gingerbread men's warning fell on deaf ears as they were too far away to hear them, but they see that Meggy and Mario were left behind, then the first gingerbread man handed Mario a map, and the second one handed Meggy a star wand with a few pieces missing*
Meggy: Thanks for the wand, but we gotta catch up with our friends!
Mario: Thank you-a so much for the map, imma sure it'll help!
*Mario and Meggy caught up to their friends, and they were baffled by the dragon*
Mario: THAT'S A HUGE BITCH!
*The dragon was gigantic and a bright red color with golden horns, silver nails, and silver wings. The dragon's eyes were red, orange, and yellow, with the iris being red to match the body color. The pupils were spiraled in a hypnotic swirl*
Smg4: Uh.... Hi there Mr. Dragon, listen, you have a star piece that we need... So if you'd be kind as to give it to us, then we'll be outta your scales.... *Laughs nervously*
*The dragon glared angrily at Smg4 before roaring in his face his white teeth stained by tiny red specks of blood*
Smg4: *Pinches his nose* Man! You need a breath mint badly.....
*The dragon blew fire at Smg4 making him fly away*
Smg4: AHHHH! *Sees he's flying* Oh! I can fly!
Meggy: He can fly!
Mario: Neato glitchy!
Tari: Yeah!
*The dragon got angry and charged at Meggy, Mario saw and hopped in between the dragon and Meggy and took the dragon's fire head on*
*Mario was charred black with Meggy cowering behind him*
Mario: *Coughs*
Meggy: You ok babe?
Mario: Yes.
*There was a bright glow around Mario enveloping him, when Mario came down Meggy saw that he was fully healed*
Mario: Thank you! Whoever did that! I'm grateful!
*The dragon extended his tail and curled it around Meggy, Meggy was struggling as Mario tried to rescue her*
Mario: Hey! Let her-a go!
Meggy: Hey! What's going on?! Unhand me you vile reptile!
*The dragon brought Meggy closer to his eyes, and they changed from the fiery pattern they were to a pattern of interchanging circles of pastel blue, pastel green, and pastel yellow. Meggy was caught staring into the dragon's eyes and tried to look away, but her pink eyes changed to the same pattern as the dragon's eyes*
