~ KeiichiroTsukasa ~

"Keiichiro, you should go take a rest." Tsukasa recommended, seeing Keiichiro is still sticking his face in the book. 

"I can't, Tsukasa. We need to figure out a way to get Kairi, Umika and Touma out. I'm not letting them sacrifice for nothing." Keiichiro stated. She could the hurt on his face. He is blaming himself for not being able to help Kairi. 

"Keiichiro, we all know. All of us, you, me, Sakuya and Noel-san are all trying to figure out a way. And I know they will appreciate it too. However, they will be also guilty if they know you are not resting well enough, just in order to find the solution. Especially Kairi." Tsukasa explained. 

Keiichiro finally lifted up his head out from his book. You could clearly see the tired face, with sleepy eyes. 

"I guess you're right. Maybe I do need to take my mind off a bit." Keiichiro stated. As he put down his book and leaned in his chair. 

"Keiichiro, I know you are trying your hardest. But you must not forget we are policemen. We still have other problems aside from this. Although I hate to admit, there are crimes in the cities that we need to take care of." Tsukasa sat down next to him. 

Keiichiro rubbed his eyes and reluctantly nodded. He know that Tsukasa was right. Her reasonings are known "not to argue with". 

Tsukasa handed him a bar of chocolate, like old times. He sighed as he unwrapped the chocolate. 

"Maybe you should go out for a walk, Keiichiro." Tsukasa sighed, looking at his status. She was super worried for him. She knew how much he wanted to save Kairi and the others. She wanted to save them too. She wanted to help Keiichiro as much as possible, but what can she do? 

"It's okay, Tsukasa. I'm fine. and thanks for the chocolate. you get me as always." Keiichiro smiled as he took another bite. Tsukasa smiled back. 

Just like old times. 

While their relationships remained the same as friends, as colleagues, as comrades on battle fields. Both just don't realize how much the others care for them. 

Tsukasa might say that Keiichiro is an idiot  for risking his health. Ironically, somehow she is talking about herself too, for always hiding behind and watching him 24/7.
