October 9th, 1991, apartment of photographer David Bailey.

— End! We got it, Michelle! —David Bailey patted the camera lens and beamed at Missy.

Missy took a deep breath. It was the end of her first professional photo session.

—Did you think I was good?— Missy asked as she approached David. He nodded and said:

— Honey, you were great. You are a novice and it was okay for the first time. I am a professional and if I am to make you a star from my stable, you will be the best.

—So you will be my mentor in this industry — Missy smiled. —Well, I hope you won't be too harsh for me.

I will, little Missy — David took out a cigarette and a lighter. —It's a tough business, and I'm a professional. Since I forced John Lennon to stop grumbling and be polite, you are an easy cookie.

Missy tried to be calm. Elton warned her that David Bailey was difficult, but she had experience with complicated people. She took her purse and asked:

— So I have to wait for a call from you regarding photos, right?

—Of course — David puffed on his cigarette. —It will be tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. See you, little Missy.

When Missy left his apartment, Elton's chauffeur, Jamie was waiting for her.

—And how was it, madam?— Jamie asked cheerfully. —Was Mr. Bailey very annoying?

—A little — Missy laughed. —It went well.

—I feel it will be the birth of a star — Jamie smiled at Missy. —And what do you think?

—It's a normal photo session for a young mother who wants to try something new in her life — Missy replied politely. And a future divorcee.

When the limousine started, Missy had a race of thoughts. She and George were still living together, but they had separate rooms. George slept in their bedroom and she slept in the guest bedroom. She didn't sleep in their daughter's room anymore, because George would often visit little G. And Missy didn't want to see him.

But today. Today she knew it would happen. She had to move out of her husband's residence.

Jack Panos returned to his home, but Lesley and Pearl still lived in the residence of the young couple. When Missy got out and headed for the front door, she saw her husband there.

— What's the secret, Michelle? — George asked, meeting his wife. —Now you found consolation? — He looked at her elegant dress.

With who?— Missy asked sarcastically. —With Elton? It is rather impossible.

—I don't know what you're doing — George hissed and clenched his hand into a fist. —But I will force Elton to tell me what he is up to.

—Good luck — Missy murmured and passed him. —Maybe you'll finally succeed.
