The Collector's Ship 🌹

The group, minus Drax are currently meeting the Collector on his ship. They stand before the Collector who steps towards Gamora.

The Collector greets Gamora lowly, "Oh, my dear Gamora." He takes her hand and lifts it up, "How wonderful to meet in the flesh." He kisses her hand.

Gamora tells the Collector as he kisses her hand, "Let's bypass the formalities, Tivan. We have what we discussed."

The Collector looks over Gamora's shoulder and notices Groot, he asks slowly, "What is that thing there?"

Groot answers, "I am Groot." Gamora slips her hand from the Collector and looks over her shoulder to look at Groot.

The Collector slowly walks over to Groot, "I never thought I'd meet a Groot." Rocket leaning his hand on the table leg, makes a growl face as he watches him walk up to Groot. The Collector stands in front of Groot, tilting his head back a bit to look up at Groot, "Sir..." He says quickly, "You must allow me to pay you now so that I may own your carcass." Groot looking down at him, "At the moment of your death, of course."

Groot says, "I am Groot."

Rocket understanding Groot and asks him, "Why, so he could turn you into a frickin' chair?"

The Collector asks Groot as he side-nods to Rocket, "That's your pet?" Rose and Peter's eyes widen in alarm, they shakes their heads while Rose mouths 'no'.

Rocket angrily exclaims, "His what?!" Rocket reaches to grab his weapon on his back as the Collector chuckles.

Gamora steps forward and intervenes, "Tivan." She stands beside the Collector, telling him, "We have been halfway around the galaxy, retrieving this Orb." Rocket relaxes and let's go of his weapon.

The Collector looks at Gamora, "Very well, then. Let us see what you brought." Gamora looks at Peter and he straightens up, Rose watches as Peter retrieves the Orb from his bag and starts to hold it out to the Collector but Peter accidentally drops it.

Rose closes her eyes and tilts her head back a bit in annoyance as Peter quickly picks the Orb up and holds it out again to show the Collector, Rose shakes of her head a bit at Peter clumsiness.

Outside: Street

As the others meet with the Collector, a drunken Drax stumbles out of the bar, he swats a big near him and stumbles a bit to the side and looks up, noticing a man making a call in a booth, the Knowhere civilian dispatcher's voice says, "Three quarnyx batteries, seven cases of Cotati seeds."

Inside: Call Booth

The Knowhere civilian dispatcher talking in the dark booth, "No, cases. Last time, you sent me-" Suddenly, Drax comes up from behind the man and holds a knife against his throat, the man's eyes widen in fear, "Uh..."

Drax tells the man, darkly, "You shall send a message for me."

Inside: The Collector's Ship 🌹

The Collector standing in front of a table, opposite side of the group. The Collector says to them, "Oh, my new friends." Peter narrows his eyes at the Collector's choice of words. The Collector explains, "Before creation itself, there were six singularities." He slowly pulls a small lever up, activating the device in front of him on the table, the Orb in between two robotic hands/claws, it holds the Orb as the device starts to unlock and open the Orb. The device also activates a blue hologram, that surrounds the group, showing images as the Collector explains, "Then the universe exploded into existence, and the remnants of these systems were forged into concentrated ingots." The hologram shows 6 different coloured Stones, "Infinity Stones."
