Chapter 15. Dr. Lay

Authors P.O.V

After Lay heard those words he immediately hung up the phone before Baekhyun can says anything else. And quickly ran to change his clothes and sprinted out his house.

Since Kris only lives a few blocks away he ran as quickly as possible. Along the way, through the heavy rain he kept praying for Krystal to be alright. Now he understood his dream.

The girl voice was Krystal. 'But who was the male voice' he still thought. 'Probably Kris hyung' he thought again... Minutes later he arrived in front of Kris's house and desperately banged on the house door.

Then moments later appeared David with relieved eyes because Lay had arrived to the rescue. He then led Lay to Krystal's room and explained everything that happened.

Lay thought 'This is my fault'. If he wouldn't have left Krystal there alone. None of this would have happened he said to himself again.

Once they arrived to Krystal's room what Lay saw broke his heart. There in bed lied a weak, sick hopeless Krystal. Which he didn't want to see for long.

He first cleared everyone out the room so he can work in peace and no distractions. On a table next to Krystal bed was everything he needed. Medicines, cold water, rags (towels) etc.

He first started by wetting a (small)towel and gently rubbing it on Krystal's forehead (before Lay arrived Amy changed her clothes). So her fever can cool down.

(honestly don't know what to write next so Ill just skip this part). When he was done wrapping the gauze on Krystal's ankle he quietly cleaned his mess.

He then sat next to the sleeping Krystal and stared at her sleep. He lightly touched her hair and caressed her hair. And looked at each and one of her features.

'Wow, so beautiful' Lay thought while looking at her sleeping eyes, then nose, then her nice curved pink lips. The more he looked the more he lowered his face to hers.

He stopped just as both their faces were inches away from each other. But Lay being a man he just couldn't help himself from--

Kris's P.O.V

Lay as been upstairs with Krystal for already half an hour already. What is taking him so long.

"Kris hyung, stop worrying Lay hyung is taking care of her." Tao said, patting me in the back.

"I know its just tha-"

"Done." Lay says coming down with a big smile on his face. Whats up with him. "She still has a small fever but hopefully by tomorrow she'll be okay."

"Hopefully?" Luhan asked.

"If not minimum in two days." he replies.

"Thank You Lay a million times Thank You all of you boys." Amy starts.

"Why do you say that Mrs. Wu?" Sehun innocently asked.

"haha. because after everything Krystal has done to you boys. You all still care and worry for her." she explains.

"Everyone deserves a second chance." Lay says smiling (remembering what happened back at the park earlier) with Kai agreeing (the same).weird.

"Why do you say that?" I asked Lay and stared at both boys.
