I looked at my reflection that appeared upon the water. I was crouching, resting my chin on both my knees. I sighed and wiped the disheveled makeup off my face with makeup remover I kept in my pocket.

"Fuck this marriage shit. Why was I even pulled into this crap?" I ask myself. I suddenly remember Liam's words,

And since you didn't care about the marriage, I bet you didn't even know who your soon-to-be husband's identity was.

Ugh, that damn sick bastard! I already knew you! I kick the tree behind me, hard.

"I'm sorry Tree, I know I shouldn't kick you. I should kick that handsome-faced man huh?" I said to the tree. I patted the tree about two times and lied against it. I then heard rustling noises in the bushes.

"Who's there?" I asked.

Out came my brother, Dillon. He greeted, "Sup, Winter."

"Why are you here?"

"Just frustrated."

"Did something happen at home with you too?"

"No."

"Then what?" Dillon sat beside me and sighed.

"I'm frustrated because you're going to have to marry a man you don't even know. Not just that, but you're also going to have to live with our enemy in the same house. We don't deserve to be treated like this, or should I say you."

Dillon took a pebble from the ground and made a hard throw as it rippled on top of the water four times.

"What are you going to do once you marry Mr. Liam?" asked Dillon.

I also picked up a pebble and cast it into the lake. I answer,

"I don't know yet. I was thinking about doing everything I can to cause a divorce or expose Flora's family for framing our dad. The second option is pretty hard though."

"I don't know about the second option. The case already ended. We have to move past that."

"Then what's the point of being enemies? We wouldn't be enemies because of that case. That dick, Flora's father, framed our father for doing illegal sell and for stopping Liam's father's trade work. Liam's father knew our father was being framed but he didn't do anything. I really want to throw stones at both of those families."

"I haven't heard anything about Mr. Liam's family. His dad did such a thing?"

"Well, it's not like you have to have a grudge against his dad but I do because whoever hurts my family, will fall to the deepest pit and be buried with my own hands." I threw another pebble in the lake as Dillon conversed back,

"You hold pretty deep grudges..." I laughed and that cracked a smile on Dillon's face.

As I was walking through the busy city, I saw a captivating red dress that captured my attention. I walked up to it and peered through the glass window. I inspected its detailed design the mannequin was wearing up and down. I then looked at the price,

"One hundred forty dollars only? It's not expensive, I can buy it." I took big strides through the store and happily bought the dress. When I came out, I had the dress on, which coincidentally matched with my red heels. Then, I suddenly bumped on to someone.

"Oh, my bad-" I looked up to see who it was. Liam?

"Well, well, well, who's this we're seeing?" asked Liam in a provoking tone. He didn't have to repeat 'well' that many times.
