Norman's life was hard and he knew it. But Ray and Emma always knew how to make him feel better, even on the toughest days.

Sure, he was smart but that didn't help anything that happened to him. But Norman adored both of them, especially Emma. Emma was the world to Norman, at least he thought. Norman had a crush on Emma ever since they were all children.

He remembers fond memories of the three of them. Singing, dancing, and writing songs. Norman still tried to ignore all of the negative things in the past that affected him. He tried to make the best of every moment in life.

He especially remembers the embarrassing moment of him telling Ray about his crush on Emma. Ray didn't seem to bothered by it but he made fun of Norman for it, which usually made Norman embarrassed but he knew it was all fun in games, at least he hoped.

Norman wasn't the most confident person but he still tried his best. But, Norman never showed his weaknesses.

-

To this day he couldn't believe he was actually in an idol group, with his best friends. The thought still sounds crazy to him.

But Norman was happy, really happy. He was really lucky to be able to spend his life with two amazing friends.

Until one day everything changed to the worst for him.

-

It was a regular day, just like another to start with. Waking up early, eating, practicing, writing, sleeping, eating, performing, then sleeping once again; It was the usual routine for Norman.

But today it was different. It all started normally but it was different when he got to the stage to perform. When it first got to the area where they would perform, Ray and Emma were...oddly close when they all were getting ready to perform.

But Norman decided to shrug it off and tried to look forward to performing with Emma and Ray.

That's when they were in there half-break intermission. Emma and Ray hesitantly went to talk to Norman. Though Norman wasn't too worried about what they wanted to say.

"Hey, Norman? Can we ask you a favor?"

Norman looked up from his phone. "Ah. Sure Emma, Ray, what do you need me too do?"

"Well..."

"Norman, is it okay for the next song that Emma and I perform alone? After that it'll be the usual of the three of us performing together." Finished Ray.

Norman was confused but decided to give them what they wanted. Norman smiled warmly at them, "Oh, well sure. But don't steal all the spotlight!" Norman laughed.

Emma joined along and laughed too. "Don't worry Norman, they all love you out there anyways."

That's when there middle intermission ended. Emma and Ray went on stage and started up their performance while Norman just watched. Norman sighed and went back to his phone, but not long after he looked up after.

They were singing and dancing to a..love song? Norman knew Ray wasn't into those kind of dances, he didn't really like singing it either. This made Norman confused.

Till he decided to ask Gilda, Emma's assistant.

"Hey, Gilda. Did Emma tell you about any of this? About how they were going to perform alone?"

Gilda was too busy staring at the two. Till Norman waved his hand in front of her face.

"Ah! Norman! You scared me! D-did you need something?"

"Yeah, do you know why they decided to perform alone out of the blue?"

Norman noticed that Gilda's face was tinted pink. "Yeah, I'm really proud of her for doing this. It's a heavy thing about what they are doing, you know?" Gilda smiled with tears in her eyes. "I'm so happy for them."

Norman just stared in confusion. He had no idea what she was saying. Performing wasn't a really big thing for them. Unless it's because they were the only ones performing this time? He had no clue. "Uhm, yeah. Sorry for bothering you." then Norman walked away.

He was about to go sit down but something caught his eye. What were Emma and Ray doing? That's when his train of thought was caught off. The song and music ended and Ray and Emma closed their eyes and they sealed their lips together.

"What...?" Norman didn't want to believe what he saw.

His two best friends, on stage together kissing. That was the last thing Norman wanted to see. Maybe it was apart of the performance. But his mind decided otherwise.

'You knew this would happen one day. Didn't you, Norman? That th-'

Norman shook his head slowly backing up trying to get rid of the awful voice in his head. Norman knew he wasn't thinking straight that night. So, he did what his body wanted to do.

Run, run to the unknown and be erased from the world. That's what he did. He slowly turned around then sprinted out of the building.

"Norman!"
