A Little Flower

I'm stunned. Frozen. It's the first day of sophomore year and I've already fallen. I look at the girl standing right in front of me and then to the person next to her, "This is my sister, Nezuko. Like I told you guys last year, she'll be coming to our highschool" Tanjiro said with that big and bright smile of his. He was always smiling, and if he wasn't, then me and Inosuke probably did something to get him upset, which is usually always the case.

I nodded and looked back at the girl standing next to him. She had beautiful brown hair that faded to an orange at the end, and had our school's uniform on. The thing that got to me though where her eyes. They where a beautiful shade of pink on the outside, with a darker shade of pink on the inside. I could have gotten lost in them if I kept looking long enough. I blushed a bit and smiled at the girl, "I'm Zenitsu, nice to meet you Nezuko," I managed to speak. She smiled back up at me and my heart skipped a beat.

Why.

I just met the girl and I already wanted to get to know her more. I felt as if I wasn't allowed to go near her at all though. Almost like a forbidden fruit, I wasn't allowed to go at her like every other girl, I needed to be gentle. Which I could do! But, what if I wasn't gentle enough? Would I break her?

"GAMPANCHIRO!!!"

I flinch at the sudden voice that came from behind me. I slowly turn to find Inosuke, the loud one. He rushed towards us, almost as if he where wanting to tackle us... that's when it hit me. Literally. He hit me. He dashed so fast towards me and I couldn't even avoid him. I was standing and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground with Inosuke on top of me while Tanjiro tried to pull him off.

"Inosuke! Get off of Zenitsu, you're going to break him! Also my name's Tanjiro!" Tanjiro pleaded, while he so desperately held on to Inosuke's shoulders, trying to pry him off.

I was embarrassed to say the least. Here I am trying to think of a way to impress Nezuko and the first thing I do is get tackled by a boy that acts like a boar! "Inozuke get off!!" I started yelling, not being able to breathe as my lungs where being blocked by a certain pig.

5 minutes passed and he finally got off me, allowing me to breathe and sigh in relief. I sat up and looked up, a small hand helping me up to my feet. I smiled and thanked the person.

Blush instantly over took my whole face.

Nezuko helped me up. I looked down and realized I was still holding her hand. It was so warm, and her skin was so soft and smooth. I panicked and let go, realizing I must have been like that for a while, "I-im sorry! I didn't meant to hold on like that I swear!" I stuttered. I was a mess.

So far for first impressions.

"Its fine" Nezuko smiled. I couldn't have been blessed even more. Her soft and gentle voice was so breath taking. And here I thought I couldn't have fallen deeper for the girl.

She was so nice, you could probably tell she was related to Tanjiro just by the smile, but the politeness only added to the obvious statement.

The bell rang and soon enough we had to part ways. Nezuko was only a freshman, so that meant I was on a completely different wing than she was. I sighed in defeat as Tanjiro pulled me and Inosuke off to class, leaving Nezuko to the unknown world known as High School.

What if she gets lost?
Will she be alright??
What about lunch?
What if she gets bullied?
Hell, what if she-

"Zenitsu!"

I look up and see a confused Tanjiro. "You ok?" He asks me. I must have been making a face or something while I was lost in thought. I can't even control my own actions anymore because of Nezuko.

"Yeah, just lost in thought" I smiled. It wasn't completely a lie, but it wasn't entirely the truth either. But I wasn't about to tell Tanjiro, Nezuko's BROTHER, that I was in love with her. That would just create a situation I don't want to be a part of.

So I sucked it up and walked to class, making sure to not trip. You see the truth is...

I probably fell in love with this girl far too hard.

((Alrighty!! So! A small fact, Inosuke doesn't wear a boar mask, he wears a simple black mask that covers half of his face. Even then, those are banned from their school since it could cause problems.
