"I'm getting married next Wednesday, and I just needed to come and give some closure before I move on to a new chapter of my life," I wiped the many tears that had fallen. He reached to help and I smacked the shit out of his hand.
"Don't fucking touch me!" I breathed out hard as people started to stare. He sighed and swiped his hand over his face.
"Bey,"
"Beyoncé," I corrected him.
"Beyoncé, I apologize completely for the hell I put you through. There's nothing I can say to validate what I did and trust if I could go back 17 years ago I would have never done it. I know it's a reach but if could you find it in your heart to forgive me, I promise it would mean a lot," I raised my eyebrow at him. Did the rapist just ask his victim for forgiveness? I scoffed and stood up.
"I moved on from this a long time ago. As for forgiveness, that is something can not offer you. Enjoy the rest of your life Mr. Anderson," I grabbed my Chanel bag, throwing it over my shoulders, before placing my Dolce & Gabbana shades, and walking out of the Small cafe. I sighed, Getting into my 2019 Yukon Denali, and pulling off immensely.
"Hey Siri, call Baby girl," the car rang twice before she picked up, out of breath.
"Hey baby, are you ready yet?"
"Yeah, Sanai wanted to come over, is that okay?"
"Yeah that's fine Baby, I'm heading from downtown so I'll be to you in like 10 minutes,"
"Okay mama," I hung up with blue and turned on the radio, not wanting to overplay my few playlists.

"Mama you okay?" Blue asked as she climbed in the passenger seat and her Bestfriend Sanai got the the back seat.
"Yeah I'm just really tired. I didn't sleep until 3 am," which was partially the truth.
"You need a better sleep schedule Ms.Knowles," Sanai joke as I laughed a bit. I could always count on them to bring up my spirit.
"Have you talked to your dad yet Blue?" I asked as I pulled onto the freeway.
"Yeah I talked to him before practice, he's gonna come by the house later on today," I nodded and pulled into the drive way.
"Nai, look in that black bag next to you, and grab my wallet" I asked her as a pulled into the bakery's parking lot.
"I'll be back, I gotta pick up this cake," I walked in and was met with the sweet smell of caramel, and a warm smile over the counter.
"Hi Ms.Knowles, Hows everything today?" One of the employees who I knew as Camille spoke as she walked to the baking rack and grabbed the box with my name on it.
"I'm doing well sweetie, how are you? How's school going?" Camille was an Arts Major at Michigan State University.
"It's good! Just dealing with this whole Covid bull shi- Crap, my bad Ms.Knowles," I laughed a bit at her slip up.
"Have a good day love," I nodded my head towards her as I beamed a smile and walked out the door.
"Mama who's cake?" Blue's nosey ass yelled out the window.
"Your Aunt's," I spoke as I got closer revealing the cake to them.

"That's cute mama. It's plain but cute,"
"Please tell me that's whipped icing?" Sanai asked as I handed her the box.
"Yeah I hate buttercream, and so does Solo," she silently cheered making me laugh. I pull out of the parking lot and began driving again.
"Sooo Daddy just texted me and said he's been calling you but you haven't answered?" I showed her my dead phone and she "oh-ed".
"Yeah. And plus I'm not entitled to answer none of y'all calls," I jokingly said, but in all honesty, who was Jay to try to check me through Blue.
"Alright y'all go in there and finish the home work I know y'all got before the party,"
"Okay mama," they both hopped out the car with their book bags, and Sanai with the cake also. I took my time, grabbing my purse, my smoothie from Panera, and by portfolio. I still had to make a few calls to the decor director for Solo's party tonight. I locked the doors with the key fob, and began to walk into the house. Just as I was about to close the door I heard Nicki's voice.
"Bey, take this damn child. I'm gonna hurt him I swear," she spoke as she slightly shoved Juelz towards me.
"Ju what did you do?" Nicki was the soft parent of the two so I know Juelz has fucked yo bad.
"Mygirlspregnant," he mumbled off.
"What boy? Speak up,"I said sternly.
"My girlfriend, Aoki, she's pregnant," I sighed and pulled him into my body and he shuttered.
"Go on Nic, cool down. I'll bring him tonight," she nodded as she wiped the tears streaming from her face.
"I love you Daniel, but you've really got to do better baby," she kissed his check and let her hand fall off of his shoulder as she got back into her car and pulled off after waving.
"Come on in here so we can talk Sweetpea," I led him into the house and was met with Blue and Sanai on the couch doing their homework.
"Good to know y'all actually listen," I said making them both giggle.
"Hey Juju," blue greeted him as he nodded her way.
"Wassup Chink," I had him follow me into my office and I closed the door as we sat down.
"Call your girlfriend Ju," he pulled hi ohone out of his back pocket and proceeded to FaceTime her. After three rings she answered and she was such a pretty thing.
"Hey Daniel, why's up?" He sigh and began to explain everything to her, about how he needed up with me, before introducing us.
"Hi Ms.knowles, it's nice to meet you. I hate that's under certain circumstances though," she said and I nodded. She had the same hopeless look in her face that I once had, the night I found out I was pregnant with Bkue.
"Same to you sweetheart. So what's your guy's plans? Your only 17 so I hope you both know you will at least be finishing High school. Correct?" They both agreed as I smiled.
"Okay, so we here are you guys at with the baby? Have you had your first appointment yet Aoki?" She sighed and shook her head no.
"My aunt is so in denial about this that everything I bring it up she brushes me off. I don't even know how far I am Ms. knowles," she said making me sadden w but. There's one thing to not want your child to experience teen pregnancy, but it's another to neglect them and their unborn child's health by not helping the poor girl schedule her appointment.
"Okay sweetheart, are you free this weekend?" She nodded and I continued, " okay goo, I'm gonna have Julez bring you to my house, and i can help you guys get everything settled as well as his mother's will be here also,"
"Okay thank you so much this honestly means so much more than you could imagine,"
"No problem babe. Your family now and we take care of family over here. As a matter of fact, take me number down," I rambled off the ten digits and she saved my contact.
"Oh one last thing Aoki, call me Auntie Bey, or BB," she smiled and thanked me once more before Juelz hung your the phone.
"Now ju, ik. It gonna get on you, cause I know your mamas already did. What are you thinking right now babe?"
He blew air out his mouth as he ran his hand down his face.
"I'm scared BB. Excuse my language, but I'm scared as shit," I understood he was stressing so I let the one curse word pass.
"Well why you scare? Your a strong young man Daniel Smith. Your intellectual, handsome, caring, funny, and any little boy or girl would be lucky to have you as their fatherz mmkay?" He looked at me and his eyes glossed over.
"But what if I fail? What if I screw my kid up?"
"Than that's where your Mothers, Granny, and I all come in. We're not gonna let you fail Julez, I promise. You will bump your head MANY TIMES. I couldn't count on all the fingers and toes I have times two, the amount of things I consider parenting mistakes I've made while raising your cousin, but you know How I got through it? One day at a time. That's it babe, don't worry about 2 years from now, or 5 years from now. Worry about how you can start to prepare being the best dad you can to your son or daughter, and once you do that I promise you everything will fall into place," he nodded and I pulled him into a bear hug and squeezed him tightly.
"Don't worry baby, you'll get through this," I said as I kissed his head and we walked back outside to join the girls.
