The story that wasn't told

I stared at Daeho as he was fast asleep, in which a smile crept onto my face. The smile grew bigger and I started to jump up and down, "Yes! I did it!" I celebrated with the biggest smile. "You guys! Dinner is ready!" My mom yelled from downstairs. I stopped jumping up and Down and shook Daeho really hard. "Dinner is ready," I said with that smile fading. Daeho woke up and he gave a returned glare. "Why...I was sleeping really good." Daeho said sitting up. I gave a small smile before clearing my throat. "Mom said dinner is ready." I said walking over to my desk and put the liquids away in a drawer. "Well...at least I know what ever you did worked." Daeho said giving a smile as he got up from my bed. My stare grew into a small smile. "It really did?" I asked giving a curious look to Daeho and he nodded. "I had a dream I was staring outside of the plane window with fluffy clouds, and my favorite song was playing in my earbuds...it was peaceful." He explained "And Junsu was there with me, and she was so so so so pretty". Daeho explained with him spacing out. I returned a smile "Guys! Come get dinner!" Mom yelled again which made my eyes quickly glance to the door. "Sorry! We are coming mom." Daeho said quickly running out of the room. I smiled to myself and went downstairs.

I heard a buzzing sound and a twinkling sound and my eyes shot open.
I opened my eyes to my room. The moon was shining through the window and the light was going onto my walls. I blinked a few times before seeing a trail of glowing dust to the moon. "What the fu.." I trailed off before getting up and going to the window quickly. I looked and it was just trailing off to the moon. I took a gasp in before looking around my room. Everything else was normal. I blinked a few times again, still normal, but that trail was glowing brighter. 
I thought for a moment. "Should I follow it.." I asked myself. "no.. it could be tricking me." I mumbled. "But then again...I'm always up for adventure" I smiled, going over to my closet to get slippers and a jacket on. I pulled my hair up in a ponytail, that was of course messy cause I could never perfect a ponytail. I breathed in and out, and walked over to the door. I opened the door quietly and looked to see if any lights were on. "Good.." I whispered seeing no light being on, or hearing any talking of a TV or my brother staying up to play Overwatch. I tiptoed out of my room and shut my door behind me quietly. I looked to the stairs where that glowing dust led down. I stared at it with curiosity "If i follow you..Will I be safe?" I asked expecting no answer, but there was a bell that rang two times. My eyes went wide. "what does two rings mean?" I asked. There was no answer. I stood quietly. "Its my mind i just know it.." I mumbled. The bell rang again; but this time being one ring. I stared confusingly. I shook my head and started to go down the stairs quietly. The bell was ringing here and there. But then there was a voice which startled me. "Sae! what are you doing up?" Daeho's voice rang out. I stopped in my tracks and looked up the stairs to see Daeho standing there looking sleepy. "More importantly, what are you doing up?" I asked with a glare at him. "I was sleeping and i felt hungry." Daeho said with sleepy doe eyes. I looked to him and I gave a confused look. "So you didn't hear the bells? And...Do you see the dust? Its like fairy dust.." I asked looking down the stairs to see the dust. "Dust...bells..?" Daeho said rubbing his eyes. "Do...Do you not see it?" I asked with a confused look. "No..I don't" Daeho asked giving me a look of concern. I stayed quiet and the bell rang again as if it was telling me to hurry up. I blinked a few times before looking to Daeho. "Look, i got to go..pretend this never happened ok?" I asked with a sincere look. "Saeyoon, where are you going?" Daeho asked giving me a stare. "Wherever this dust is taking me..I'll be back." I said going down the stairs quickly and to the front door. "Wait..No Saeyoon wait!" I went towards the door and opened it. "Please, Saeyoon, its Danger-" I closed the door hearing Daeho warn me. I groaned "What does he know? Seriously..?" I asked to myself. I shook my head before looking to the glowing dust, to see it leading to the forest.
