"Oh please! I have other things to worry about than relationships," Mina said as she took the sandwich I was eating from my hands and tooks a bite. "Okay, we'll go with that and thank you for infecting my sandwish with your saliva," I said as she happily chewed. She smiled and handed it back, "No problem."
I sighed and wrapped the sandwich up as I searched around in my bag for my water. "Where did it go?" I asked aloud to myself. Suddenly, I felt Mina hitting my arm as she started to frantically repeat my name, "Sara! Sara! Sara! Sara!" I held up my pointer finger, "Give me a seco-" but she grabbed my finger and squeezed it, making me look up at her.
"What do you wa-" but I stopped talking as I saw what she staring at. There, standing a few feet in front of me was Jongup holding.........

"Hide before he sees us pabo!" I whisper-screamed as I pulled her behind a large statue. I peeked around the corner of the statue as I watched him with careful eyes.
"Why is he holding that?" I asked Mina as she too peeked around the other side. Suddenly, I felt her hand smack my head upwards, "Why the hell do you think he's holding a ring? What other explanation could there possibly be for a boy holding up a freaking ring when he just so happens to have a girlfriend he's been together with for forever?"
I shrugged, "Christmas maybe?" She raised her hand to smack me again, but quickly lowered it as Jongup's voice called out my name, "Sara? Is that you?" My eyes grew wide as I heard his footsteps walking over to me.
"What do I do?" I whispered to Mina who was also frantically flailing around to try and come up with an idea. She sucked in a breath as she quickly popped out from behind the statue and ran in front of him.
"Jongup!" She exclaimed with a cheery tone. I snuck a look over the statue to see her motioning with her hand behind her back for me to leave. Crouching down, I slowly and carefully escaped as I ran through the trees and back to my house.
"That was a close one," I said aloud to myself as I turned the key in the key hole to unlock it, but suddenly, I froze, "My purse! I left my purse there!" Quickly, I turned but instead of stepping onto one of the steps, I ran into the toned chest of no one other than Jongup. Of course he would show up at this moment.
He smiled and leaned against the door frame as he spoke, "So, I was in the park earlier. You know the park where they have all of those stores around like clothing stores and even jewelry stores?" I swallowed the nervous lump in my throat and nodded as he continued, "Well, something funny happened ealier because I could've sworn I saw you sitting there."
I let out a shaky breath, "O-oppa-" but he cut me off politely as he reached over to lace his fingers with mine, "And when I called out your name, there was no reply, so I figured I was just seeing things." Chuckling lightly, I circled my thumb on the top of his hand, "Well, that's strange!"
Nodding, Jongup smiled as he pulled me closer, "You know what's even stranger?" I shook my head as I started to anxiously chew my bottom lip. Bending down, he reached behind his legs as he picked up my purse and dangled it in his hands, "Even though you weren't there, I still found your purse behind a statue. This is your purse after all, correct?"
Slowly, I lowered my head as my palms met my face.
"Way to go," I thought to myself as I sighed lightly. From the boy in front of me, I heard a soft chuckle before I felt his strong arms engulf me in a hug. "Why didn't you just tell me you were at the park? Better yet, why didn't you answer when I called you?" He asked, his voice a soft whisper as his breath tickled my ear.
I shrugged and pulled away to look at him, "Because-because," I struggled for the right words. What was I supposed to say? Was I supposed to just come out with the truth and say: "Yeah Jongup-ah, I saw you today at the park checking out rings. Just wondering, are you going to marry me? Oh, and the reason why I hid from you is because I didn't want you to see me."
Shaking my head slightly, I pushed that thought out of my head as I cleared my throat, "I thought--I umm--I-" but he cut me off as he lightly pressed his lips to mine for a few seconds before pulling away. He pressed his forehead against mine as he gently pushed a strand piece of hair behind my ear, "I want you to come to the concert tonight."
I nodded and he smiled before kissing me one last time, "I have a sort of---surprise for you." Immediately, I felt my heart start to race a mile a minute as he walked away.
"Surprise?" I thought to myself as I closed the door, "He can't be talking about---no, no he can't be. Not since B.A.P. just debuted a few months ago. Well, unless he's planning on getting promised to me....then in that case...."
My thoughts trailed off as I walked up the stairs to take a shower and get ready; the anxiousness almost giving me a heart attack.
