"you fucked up zach big time," jonah shook his head at the younger boy, they were both in zach's room, corbyn being there as well.

"no we were good at hiding it was that bastard who somehow found out," zach explained as corbyn sighed rubbing his temple.

"ok if you were so good at hiding how in the world did dylan found out?" corbyn asked as he threw his hands in the air as zach only shrugged.

"maybe we can have gabbie talk to jack," jonah suggested shrugging as corbyn shook his head.

"gabbie won't be able to fix this she has been talking to him for so long and nothing has worked," zach told the other two boys who groaned.

"zach do you love her?" asked corbyn looking at zach who furrowed his eyebrows.

"corbyn i—"

"do you love her or not?" yelled corbyn cutting zach as the younger boy bit his lip.

"yes with all my heart," zach answered truthfully looking up to corbyn meeting with his eyes.

"then listen really closely get your ass up and stop crying go to jack and prove to him that you love her otherwise she matters nothing to you," corbyn said as he walked out of the room slamming the door behind him.

"grandma i'm going out," eliza yelled before she walked out of the door determined to go to the house a couple miles away and confront.

all though she was scared and nervous on what he would say, she was scared of what his reaction would be when he sees her, she was scared to go to the house she would go everyday just a year ago.

she stepped on the doorstep taking a deep breath as she rang the doorbell and as she looked a bit around she noticed that not a lot has changed, and as the door opened she saw none other then jack avery.

"what in the world are you doing here hawk?" whisper-yelled jack as glared at the girl in front of him.

"jack i have to explain—"

"there's nothing to explain," jack cut her off and tried to close the door but eliza's hand stopped it from closing.

"please," she pleaded him as jack sighed getting out and closing the door behind him.

"5 minutes,"

"between me and zach a lot happened, i met him the first day of school and i had to tour him around the school and i didn't really think much about it and then he continued on talking to me and i never knew that he was your friend heck i didn't even want to talk to a guy after the party—"

"the party?" asked jack confused as he furrowed his eyebrows.

"the party that dylan drugged me and you know forced me," eliza stuttered as jack started feeling even more confused.

"i'm sorry he did what now?" jack almost yelled as the girl flinched.

"you didn't know?" eliza asked confused as jack shook his head in response his hands going to a fist and his jaw clenching.

"it's fine i just wanted to say that i love zach i really do and i'm sorry that you don't agree with that but the heart wants what it wants," eliza half smiled her eyes starting to tear up as she walked away, and she never heard another voice call her back to turn around.

she was left to walk all the way back home alone with her thoughts as smooth melody played through her headphones as she thought about her conversation with jack, and that's when it hit her.
