"grandma what do i do know?" concerned elizabeth asked her grandma as they both sat in their living room sofa, an energy drink on eliza's hand and a tea on her grandma's as they both ate the famous chocolate chip cookies of her grandma.

"listen darling you have been set up that night he is a disgusting old bastard who thinks it's nice to foolish woman and then tell everyone a even more disturbing lie to the whole school so they call you names that you aren't," her grandma started as she stopped taking a sip of her tea setting down on the table.

she took both of her granddaughter's hands as she looked at her, "you are a strong woman and i've seen how much you love zach and how much he loves you and jack should be the least of your worries right now,".

"look forward my beth and i'll promise you'll see a happy relationship and a good mindset," her grandma ended smiling as they both grabbed a cookie taking a sip of their drinks.

the silence set between them was broken by a ding from eliza's phone.

"corbyn i tried to talk to him but he told me he doesn't want to heart about it," zach reasoned himself once more after corbyn had went off about him being a chicken.

"c'mon zach you walk away from every situation you can't just expect things to get better by itself," corbyn explained his elbows resting on his knees as he leaned forward looking at the younger guy.

zach frowned a bit his hands going to his face rubbing his eyes from frustration not knowing what to do and how to do it.

"eliza talked to him but she didn't tell me what," zach sighed reasoning himself as he took his hands away from the face now looking at the blonde boy.

corbyn frowned a bit looking around as he try to stick up and tell what he was about to say his bottom lip being forcefully bitten by his teeth, "i knew what dylan did to eliza,"

zach's head shot up as he stared at the boy in shock his mouth slightly opened disbelief written all over his face, "you what?"

"i wasn't supposed to know, i was in the lockers room and i guess they thought i wasn't there and i heard how they were gonna mess up with this girl with or without her will, i didn't know what to do so i just shrugged it off thinking the girl would probably want it because he was dylan the popular jock but it turned out the other way," corbyn finished his eyes showing guiltiness as his hands rubbed against each other.

"corbyn it wasn't your fault you didn't know," zach assured corbyn a soft smile making his face same going to corbyn.

eliza walked inside the diner looking around a thousands memories floating through her head as she once saw the place that she use to got to almost every day after school with her ex- best friend.

she scanned the room to try and find the blonde boy but got met with a different mushroom guy who sat on one of the booths and as soon as his eyes met with eliza's he got up and walked to the girl engulfing her in a hug.

"what are you doing here?" laughed eliza as she was still in the air from zach's hug who just simply didn't want to let go of her.

"i came here to meet jack," zach replied after pulling away from the hug making eliza furrow her eyebrows in confusion as she looked at the guy.

"i'm here to meet jack too," she pointed at herself but before another could say anything both of their phones rang at the same time receiving a text from jack.
