Luan's Fear (Alternative Version of Lori's Redemption) (ON HIATUS)

Chapter Six

As Luan pulled Lori away from the jail...Lori was confused. Wasn't Luan mad at her for injuring her brother in a fit of rage. If so...Why did she save her? All of her other family members gave up on her...but why did she come to rescue her?

"Luan...Why did you save me?" Lori asked.

"Because you're my sister. I couldn't let you rot in a jail cell for something that you had no control over in the first place." Luan said.

"What do you mean by that?" Lori said.

"You were set up Lori. Someone wanted you to end up in jail so they could kill you with the help of that bitch who tried to sexually assault you. Luckily I made it in time or else...." Luan started before she cut herself off. Seeing Lori suffer in her dream was still fresh in her mind and seeing the end result was scary. Lori was always there for her until HE stepped into her life and changed her into a different person.

"But who..." Lori asked before Luan stopped pulling her. Lori slightly moved her body to the left and saw a dam. A dam that looked like it would break apart any second by the look of things.

"Lori...I want you to go first." Luan said.

"What? I can't let you go behind me. Luan...That dam is too unstable and if it breaks then..." Lori said before Luan pulled her into a hug. 

"Listen..I want you to know that I'm sorry for everything. I truly believed that you tried to kill Lincoln and turned my back on you. That was a mistake...no..a massive mistake on my part. You helped me so much Lori, but when you needed me...I turned my back on you like the others. I love you Lori and I don't want to you dead...just trust me on this Lori and go first." Luan pleaded.

Lori nodded and slowly walked across the dam unaware that someone was watching in the trees.

"Looks like I have to take care of this myself. But before I get my payout...I should take care of that pesky brat who got in the way of me and loads of money." The person said before fading into the shadows. Meanwhile Lori slowly walked across the dam with Luan following behind her. 

She thought back to the conversation that she had with Luan earlier. Who? Who would try to kill her? None of her family would do that especially....Lincoln. Lori felt tears collecting in her eyes of she thought about her brother...her only brother who was in a coma. A coma caused by her hands...hands that belonged to a girl who was suffering through heartbreak. 

Eventually she made it across and looked at her sister who still had a long way to go. When she heard a crack echo in the air and looked at the dam which was starting to fall apart.

"LUAN...HURRY!!!" Lori shouted. Luan tried to reach her sister when a huge chunk fell off the dam and into the river below. As Lori watched...the rest of the dam followed suit with Luan falling as well. 

"LUAN!!!" Lori cried before she started to gain a determined look on her face.

"Okay Lori. You failed to protect one sibling... and you are not failing another." Lori told herself as she took of her prison shirt leaving her in the pants and sweat shirt. After slamming two hands on her cheeks...Lori gave a battle cry and jumped it. Unaware that the news captured everything  which shocked and stunned a lot of the Royal Woods population. 

Meanwhile Luan was trying to reach the surface, but she couldn't. When she looked back....she saw the face of the guy who planned this whole thing. The one who caused Lori to lose control and get arrested...
