Today is the day I go see my Reefy in New York!
"Hey Sarah, can you tell the people at the airport I'll be there in 30" I said while on the phone
"Yes ma'am. Would you like your usual from Starbucks" she asked
"Yes please. Thank you" I said before hanging up
Once I loaded all my bags, I went back inside to get Prince so I could drop him off by my parents.
"Come on Prince" I said while carrying him to my truck
After I arrived at my parents, I went to grab the key from under the mat and took him up to my old room. My parents weren't home so I dropped Prince off and headed to the airport.
Airport
"Hey Sarah, thank you for the frappe" I said while grabbing it
"Very welcome. When did you want to schedule your flight to Atlanta" she asked while we were walking
"Wednesday. Des and Aubrey will be tagging along" I said
"Great. Also, you will be able to look venues on Monday. You will need to leave work early" she said
"Fantastic. I'll be ready to leave Atlanta Thursday evening" I said before walking inside the jet
"Great. Have a wonderful trip" she said
"And you have a wonderful weekend love" I said before they closed the door
Off to New York!
"Welcome to New York Ms. Brooke!" the flight attendant said
"Why thank you" I said while walking to the car
I texted Reefy that I made it but he's most likely already at the arena. I have about an hour to get ready. Once I got to the room, I hopped in the shower. I decided to wear a white v-neck long sleeve, some black jeans, a mustard yellow trench coat and my So Kate suede boots. I brushed my loose wave bundles and grabbed my Givenchy purse then headed out.
After I arrived at the arena, Shareef had his assistant come get me.
"Hi Ms.Brooke" she said
"Hello honey! How is everything" I said before giving her a hug
She's so sweet!
"Going very good. Mr. O'Neal said he loves you and to cheer him on during the game" she said
"I definitely will! And did you get ENGAGED" I asked excitedly
"Yesssss I did!!" She said before I walked out into the arena
"Oh woooow! Well how about you take the weekend off! I'll handle Shareef" I said
"Aww thank you so much!! Have a wonderful weekend" she said before hugging me
"No problem" I said before going to my seat
"Tuned in" Aubrey said in the groupchat
I sent a heart emoji back and started looking on the court. They were out practicing before Shareef ran over to me
"Hiii my love" I said before pecking his lips
"Hey wifey" he said before kissing my cheek
"Have a good game for me" I said
"Of course baby" he said before going back with the team
Game-time !
"YEAAAAAAAH LET'S GO O'NEAL" I said while screaming and standing up
My baby just dunked! We were up 108-92 at the end of the third.
