Chapter 2

Hyejin P.O.V.

The game is ended. Our team won the game. It's a nice experience tho. I get to cheer for our team I had a great time with Song Yi. We wait at the main door of the stadium. Actually, Song Yi was the one who waits, waiting for his boyfriend. 

His boyfriend asked us for dinner so we are waiting for him. "Song Yi," he shouted her name sweetly and waved at her. She waved at him back and run toward him. She gave him a warm hug. What such a nice view.

Then, I heard someone cleared his throat. I thought it was only Song Yi's boyfriend but there is someone right behind him. They released a hug walked to me. "This is my friend, Hyejin," Song Yi introduced me. I've met him before but I haven't talked to him. 

"Hi, I am sure that you did hear a lot about me from Song Yi. I am Do Hyun. Ohh, I also bring my friend to join us. This is Jeon Jungkook, ace of our team," Do Hyun introduced the man who is next to him. Our eyes meet but I quickly look away. 

We get in Do Hyun's car and he's the one who drives. Of course Song Yi seat next to him and here I am stuck with Jeon Jungkook. The atmosphere is nice in the car but not on the back seat. He was seating right next to me and all I can do is staring outside the window. It's so awkward. Why did I agree to go with them?

"Hyejin, do you enjoy the meal?" Do Hyun asked me. We just finished our dinner. We did talk but I only listened to them most of the time, and of course react. 

"Yea, I did. Thanks for the dinner anyway," I thanked him. "Oh yea, you have many friends right? Can you recommend someone to her?" I quickly pinch Song Yi. Why would she brought up this thing? Right in front of two men who I don't close enough with. 

"Then, how about this guy? He was searching for a girlfriend too. I think you'll make a great couple," he pointed to Jungkook who was right in front of me. Our eyes met again. 

"He is a good guy too. I am sure you have heard about him," he added. Of course who wouldn't know Jungkook. He is a star of our uni. He good at everything, academic, sport and yea I do admit he is good looking too. Although he don't talk much, he does have good personality. So, girls do go crazy for him.

"Stop it. You'll make things go awkward," Jungkook said. Yea, he's right. Don't dream Hyejin. "Ohh, I am sorry but I think I need to go first. My mom will be home tonight so I need to go back right now. Thank you for the meal," I looked at my watch. It's almost 8 pm.

"Let us drop you," Song Yi holds my hand. "Nah, it's okay. I'll take the bus. Please do enjoy your dinner," I reject the offer politely. "Be careful then," Song Yi waved at me. 

"Mom !" I ran toward the front door and gave her a hug. "I just away for a few days," she chuckled. She went back to her hometown with my aunty's family. I want to join them but I have classes to attend. 

"How are you doing? Are you eating just fine?" she asked as I escorted her to the living room. Both of us rest on the comfy couch. "Yea, I just went back from a dinner with my friend. Have you eaten yet?" I asked her. 

"I already eat. I am glad that you're doing just fine alone. I want to go to rest now. You should too," she said as she patted on my shoulder gently. "Goodnight," I hug her before going upstair. "Good night too. And don't stay up late studying," she advised. 

I rubbed my sleepy eyes. I reached for my phone and realized it's already past 2. I stretched out my body before closing my laptop. I've been study for too long so I guess it's a wrap for tonight. I have a plan for tomorrow's morning so I gotta go to sleep now and wake up early. 

I throw my body on the bed. "Ughh, I miss my bed so badly." I scrolled down my Instagram for a while. Song Yi has tagged me on her story. Ohh, it's our photo from dinner earlier. We're looking good. I can't help but to stare at Jungkook. 

"His girlfriend is so lucky. He was so perfect," I talked to myself. I accidentally tap on his name on Song Yi's story. 

Ohh, I don't know he is such a good photographer. I scrolled down on his post. "He was so good," I praised him again. He is totally my type!
