Chapter 9

~Reichenbach Starzone~

As Bismarck recieved the invitation to join Reinhard's admiralty, he also recieved a message about the planet, Castrop in the Castrop Starzone, has rebelled against the Empire. Unfortunately for Bismarck there are only two ways on how to get there through a Nebula in the Reichenbach Starzone or go around it.

"What?!" Says Bismarck, "The Castrop family is rebelling against the Empire because of money? Well at least take care of my servants and the people. Like the ones back during the days of the Galactic Federation."

"Butler!" Bismarck's butler came. He was an aged man at 63 with his wife, 3 children, and numerous grandchildren as well. He was considered old but for Bismarck he took care of the butler's family whilst they took care of him. "Yes, your Majesty?" He asks.

"Inform my second in command that we will be heading to Odin. Alongside with informing Odin with the rebellion. And Butler you'll have some leave and some r and r with an amount of 5 million Reichsmarks for your family. And about 500,000 Reichsmarks for the other servants as well. Until I return spend it wisely and use it for what's right for your family. Okay?" Bismarck asks the butler and he nods happily and leaves.

Bismarck then stands and looks up to the stars and wonders what will happen next.

The planet Castrop; was home to the Empire's formerly distinguished tax collector, Prince Oigen Kastrop, who abused his power and authority to line his pockets from not only the people, but also the nobility as well.

Upon his sudden and untimely death, the empire went on a hunting spree and sought the return of his ill-gotten gains he stole from the Empire. However, Prince Kastrop's heir, Maximilian, opposed this and went into rebellion against the empire with but money and military backing to halt the empire back, but for only a short time.

~Castrop Starzone~
Castrop (planet)

Maximilian sat in his chair looking like any arrogant prince and wore a simple toga over his regal style suit as Franz von Mariendorf walks to him and speaks. "Maximilian, I can't bear to see the Kastrop family destroyed before my eyes."

Kastrop then turns his head almost unamused and asks, "destroyed?"

"If this thing continues as it had, that's what will happen in the future. Already, a 3,000 ship fleet is approaching this planet to occupy this planet soon. Even as we speak." Says Franz who's trying to advise and reason with Kastrop. "Do you think that this haughty, small local territory is a match for the Empire?!" Asks Mariendorf as he now knows what will happen next in the future.

"Hmpf," grunts Kastrop as he stands up and says, "What's the Empire? They never uttered a simple, or one small word of complaint about or to my revered father. I suppose that their intention is to make and example of another noble, like those back in the days of Rudolf. But I won't allow it. I'll make them aware of my power that I have and control."

"Lord Maximilian," says Franz still trying to reason with him. But then, the curtains over a massive big screen opens up and shows Imperial ships approaching the planet.

"It seems as though the occupation fleet has arrived. I can show you proof that our forces can stand against the Empire. Franz then turns his to see what will happen as the fleet approaches unaware to the new weapons Kastrop holds within in its grasp.
