As the Alliance fleets retreated, the imperials were closing in. But, during the time they were licking their wounds, this allowed the Alliance Combined forces time to regroup, reorganize and even prepare for another attack. But the development that resulted would be absolute insanity.

As they would regroup as the starzone would be a simple engagement by just one armada spotted by one ship.

He sits down and contemplates if he could've done more. To save more lives or even ships as well. He will mourn for them, but he can't do it now. More gravestones without bodies. He wonders if he could do more to save more lives. Kubersly was sent to Heinessen for the assignment of the reserves if the others were lost and for him to not do the paper work Harrow was going to receive. Nguyen Van Hu was assigned to escort damaged ships and hospital ships to and from the whole alliance armada.

13th Fleet flagship: Hyperion

The large teal blue ship sat in orbit of the large fleet as the 13th and Morton's piece of the 9th. The Achilles pulls up next to the Hyperion, almost dwarfing the ship by length and width alone.

The large Ajax class ship's larger than the Hyperion subclass of the famed Cronus and Olympic class flagships of the 760s and 730s respectively.

The ship extends a docking tube to the blue ship and followed by a simple shake by the connection.

A few minutes pass as the Rear Admiral Morton appeared at the elevator, he saluted to the vice admiral. "Permission to come to the bridge Admiral Yang?"

Admiral Yang returned the salute, "you can, Admiral Morton." The rear admiral walks up and shakes Yang's hand.

"That was an impressive defense with not only yours but also the 1st, and 16th with remnants of the 9th under both mine and Harrow's command."
