Nightmares

( Leif x Pierce )

He bolted up in a shiver of pain and a cold sweat with tears threatening to spill from his eyes. His sleep was disturbed with a dream of memory he wishes he could just let go of but the screams he heard and the blood he saw that day we'll never leave him alone will they. The tears were not staying back anymore they spilled from his eyes fogging up his vision as small sobs rocked his body. All he could think about was that day all he could hope for was that no one sees him like this or even hope that he didn't wake anyone up. The pain, fear, and thoughts washed over Leif and they were not leaving now that they have started there fun.

Next door just happened to be Pierce's room where he could hear all the Russell's of bedsheets and the small whimpers that sounded as if that the person who was making those whimpers was in pain of some sort. As quietly as he could he got out of his bedsheets and left his room heading to the one next door. That's when it dawned on him the room next door was the room of the demon with white hair and greenhorns. At an easy pace, he walked into the room to see the said demon with his legs against his chest and his face hidden in between his knees as he shakes with every sob that leaves his body.

It hurt Pierce to see Leif in this kind of state knowing that he is usually flirty and playful. Walking as cautiously as he could to Leif's bed to sit next to him. Placing his hand on Leif's shoulder only seemed to frighten the demon.
"Hey Leif are you ok?" Pierce asked only getting a nod back indicating that the demon was indeed not ok.
"Can you tell me what's wrong I won't make fun of you I promise." Pierce reinsured as he tried to pry the demon into telling him what's wrong only to get a nod no back.
"Ok if you don't feel comfortable with telling me that's ok." Pierce said as he wiped some of the tears off of Leif's face moving to sit across from him.

He pulled Leif into his lap and rubbed circles onto his back well rocking back and forth to try and claim Leif's mind a little. This seemed to help a little which made him happy to see.
"Thank you, Pierce." was all he heard leave the demon's mouth causing a small smile to spread across his face.
"There's no need for thank you's Leif." was his response as he slowly stopped rocking the both of them.
"I know but feel as if I should still thank you for helping me claim down." the demon continued.
"I would have helped you either way so there's really no need for thanks." he responded once again.
"I love you." was all Leif said as he moved his head from the crook of Pierce's neck to look him in the face and place a small kiss on his lips as a final thank you.
"I love you too." was Pierce's response as their lips separated from the kiss.

I'm sorry that it took so long for me to get a chapter out I got busy since testing was starting at school but now it's canceled for 4 weeks because of COVID-19 or the Coronavirus so I will try and upload more in these four weeks.
