A wave of nerves rushed over me as Dallas and i drew near the court house. She had already planned everything in the first 15 minutes of us departing our house. We both got out of the car and clearly i was scared cause Dallas grabbed me and hugged me. These are the moments i live for, Dallas' Hugs mean everything to me and when Demi threatened to take that away i shut down i didnt know what to do. As Dallas spoke to the lawyers all i could do was look out the window and occasionally nod my head. Although i wanted this it is still frightening mainly because i dont know what mum and dads reaction will be.

That made me extremely happy. Dallas is now my legal guardian i can live with her. She has always been like my mum anyway but it feels surreal to be her responsibility. She hugs me real tight and whispers " we did it " in my ear i am so overwhelmed with joy i start crying. She hugs me and i hug back but it is so strong that she winces in pain. : sorry " i say blushing slightly. I then saw another letter in her hand and i knew there was only meant to be one. i have seen too many crimes shows to not realise what was in her hand. She is sueing someone. i question Dallas and she sits me down.

DA : babygirl im sorry but i am planning legal action on Demi. I can sue her on the count of child endangerment and since she was over the age of 18 she will have to go to court and the great thing is she cant touch you let alone take you.

A: That's Great. Dally Thank you so much you have been the only one who has ever protected me and im glad it was you. You didnt choose madison over me even though she is the actor and im you know Me.

DA: i would never i mean i love madison but you are my world. Without you i would have no reason to live you have bought the happiest times in my life and the best memories. You are truly my whole life and i wouldnt take anything back.

A: i love you 

DA: i love you too baby, now lets go tell mum and dad.

Then the nerves kick in. Oh my God we are literally going to die. As we draw closer to the house Dallas asks me if i want to give demi the letter. HELL YEAH! SHe stops the car and she pulls the keys out of the ignition.

DA: what ever happens i wil ALWAYS love you baby and NO ONE can keep you away from me.

A: I will always love you too Dallas. They cant do anything you are my legal guardian now.

We get out and open the door.

DA: WE'RE HOME.

M: Ok how was shopping?

DA: we didnt actually go shopping, can you bring everyone in here please we have an announcement.

m: sure sweetie but Eddie isnt here.

M: DEMI COME DOWN HER PLEASE DALLAS AND ALANA WANT TO TALK TO US

DA: thanks mum

Mum and Demi sit down on the couch while dallas and i sit on the other facing them.

DA: so as you know you theatened to send Alana with Demi and i can't have that..

M: well that's what we have all decided im sorry Dallas..

DA: i havn't finished mum, SO anyway Alana and i went to see some people and i took a couple of hours but the bottom line is since she is over the age of 16 she can sign a form appointing a legal guardian so im Alana's legal guardian so you can't send her away.

M: WHAT? DALLAS HOW COULD YOU? YOU TOOK MY BABY GIRL AWAY FROM ME?

A: ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU HAVE NEVER EVER CARED ABOUT ME ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS MAKING SURE MADDIE ISN'T LATE FOR ANYTHING. MADDIE. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH ME HUH? HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN ME TO DISNEYLAND OR EVEN FOR ICE CREAM? NO. THAT HAS BEEN ALL DALLAS. HOW IS SHE TAKING ME AWAY FROM YOU WHEN YOU WERE GOING TO SEND ME AWAY TO LIVE WITH DEMI. SO DON'T YOU DARE ACT LIKE YOU CARE NOW BECAUSE YOU WAISTED 16 YEARS AND YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET THOSE BACK. ( i yell with pure anger)

M: I have spent so much time with you like when i took you too uhhh ..... black friday shopping remeber?

A: i have never been black friday shopping. Once again maddie.

M: ohh

A: oh and Demi You have been Served (i say handing her the small piece of folded paper)
