Happy 2020! For the first chapter of the new year, I've decided to write a story-ish thing. At the end, there will be something special for chapter 100. Thanks for sticking with me all the way here!

If you don't like Sanders Sides, 1) Go WaTcH iT!!!! 2) You are allowed to (and personally I believe you should) skip this chapter. If you don't leave, then you get a "good" story with characters you have 0 idea who they are. Ok? Ok! Let's do this!

Deceit went down to his room. He had been trying to help Thomas! No one understood. They kept seeing him as the "bad guy" even though, he is not a bad guy! (LIKE COME ON GUYS! GIVE MY SNAKE A BREAK!)

He knew who he had to get, but he knew it would hurt Thomas. Still, he went to the green side's room and knocked on the door.

"It's always open!" A raspy voice yelled at him. He went in to see the Duke in a pile of blankets and Cheese Whizz, watching The Office Bloopers for the 15th time.

"You are gonna die from too much Cheese Whizz someday Duke." Deceit went to the green, ripped couch. "How do you live in this mess?"

"It's just who I am Dee!" The Duke turned off the television and turned to Deceit. "So what was this visit about? You never visit just for fun. No one does."

"I need you to do your job. But don't hurt Thomas too much."

"I can't. Not with that condition!"

"Then I'll find someone else!" The snakey side began to get up.

"No wait!" The Duke grabbed Deceit's arm.

"Will you do it?"

"Yes! Well, I'll try! Just please don't get someone else to do it!"

"I knew I could count on you Remus. You are to tell them that I said Thomas wants 'to be more honest and need direct feeling with your issues.' He will no longer deceive himself about being a 'good person'!"

"You are very passionate about this. Fine! Let's do this (stop that)."

"Must you curse?"

"(WHYYYY) yeah I do."

"Not in the video. Well, not very much. Ok?"

"Fine..."

*After Remus's video*

Deceit ran to Remus's room. He was furious. He slammed open the door. "REMUS!" The Duke jumped up scared.

"What did I do?"

"I told you not to hurt Thomas too much! He couldn't sleep for days! You said you would try not to hurt him!"

"Litsen buddy, I said I would try. And I did! I did my job, while trying not to hurt him too bad. The only reason that he didn't sleep was Virgil's reaction. It wasn't my fault."

"It was your fault! You scared Virgil, therefore, you scared Thomas! That hurt him! You are a liar! You-"

"Says you! You are literally known as Deceit! You said it yourself. 'Takes a liar to know a liar.' Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go bug my brother!"

Remus left, leaving Deceit alone in the green room. Deceit then realized something. "I am a liar... I care about Thomas... Or do I...? Is that just another lie I'm telling myself...? Is it a lie that I'm neccessary...? Am I neccessary?" He went to his room and locked his door from the inside. He sat down on the other side of the door and thought.
