Their reactions to Kol's statement went something like this:
Zoe and Niti shrieked loudly in happiness whereas a weird noise came from the back of Travis' throat, but he looked happy as well. "Wait, seriously?"
Kol nodded. They all turned to me for confirmation. "Is this some April fools joke in November or is it the truth?"
I nodded in return as well. "It's true."
"Oh my God," I heard another familiar sound coming from Travis' phone, realizing that it was Travis. "I knew it."
He couldn't be seen sitting with us in lunch so we always called him because we didn't want to exclude him from our conversations.
"Same babe," Niti smiled.
"Oh my God, I am so happy that I can't even describe it in words," Zoe and Niti jumped out of their seats and pulled me into a heart wrenching hug whereas Travis and Kol hugged.
"My best friends are dating," Travis smiled, letting out a soft chuckle. "This is the happiest day of my life."
"Nobody's more happy than I am," Kol smiled, looking at me.
"Me too," I smiled back as he go my hand under the table, not wanting to cause a big scene with everyone around.
Kol had always the ladies man so if the girls found out that I was dating him, they would make my life a living hell. Every single girl in our high school wants to go on a date with him.
I mean they all can only dream because he's mine now.

The next couple of days went by smoothly; no drama, no chaos, no fights, no negativity. Somehow, my world became perfect for the next couple of days. Finally, I didn't have to look over my shoulder for my fears and insecurities because I had found my true happiness.
Everything finally somehow seemed better. Then I realized that the reason was Kol.
I didn't even remember the last time I was this happy. The happiness was so full that it was shinning from my eyes and my actions.
Nobody made me this happy, ever.
I was happy and it was all thanks to Kol and my friends. But, mostly Kol.
"Okay, we have to go on a triple date now," Niti excitedly suggested.
"Oh my God, yes we do!" Zoe agreed instantly.
"It'd be a great idea," Travis smiled, pulling Zoe a little closer to him.
"We'd have so much fun," Tanner also agreed, playing with Niti's hair softly.
Kol turned to me with a soft smile. "What do you think?"
They all turned to me for an answer.
"Yeah, I'd love that," I replied back and they all cheered in happiness.
Kol smiled and intertwined it fingers together as I leaned into him. He held me to his chest, protectively and it felt nice being in his arms.
This all seemed like a dream.
It looked like it was too good to be true.
We were all sitting on my couch with our respective partners, watching a movie together.
This was now a regular Saturday night for us.
It was like our tradition.
All of us would get together at my place since morning and then we'd do things together and end it with a movie night.
