Marinette's P.O.V

The second day before school ends. the day half of all of use either dread or excited for.and tomorrow I will be asking out my long term crush....Adrien~
His name even gives me goosebumps, I've been in love with him since the day he gave me his deep blue umbrella "EARTH TO MARINETTE?" Luka said  waving his hand in my face  "Huh" I said turning my head, Luka only chuckled at me "I asked if I could have the rest of your tater tot's" Luka said sliding his hand on my plate slowly "How about" I paused and grabbed one quickly "No"
He pouted and started sucking his fingers "I guess I have to eat the tiny salty crums off my fingers" He continued licking his fingers once more but I stopped him — "Look it's him"

"Marinette you have to stop over reacting about him, what do you see in h-". Ignored Luka because i was too focused on Adrien. It felt like Adrien was walking in slow Motion showing his blonde gold locks, his Electric green eyes.But of course a red hat stopped me from my thoughts. "Heyyy dudette and Luka" Nino face was in my way "wacha doin" he said sitting next to me, leaving me in the middle of Luka and him

Wait am I seeing this right... hold up he's always sit with us or at least me and Nino "Hey Mari and Nino" he said while putting his bag down "H-Hey cutie... wait did I say cutie I ment Adrien, I'm not saying your not cute but I kinda s-" Luka cut me off trying to save me from this awkward situation "What Marinette was trying to say is hey Adrien"
I pinched his pinky, and he hissed quietly and smiled back at Adrien "And who are you?" He asked making his pose even cuter than it already was
"The name is Luka, Luka coffiane"He said giving Adrien his hand, "So your that boy, that makes music in the music room" Adrien chuckled. uh oh. "And your that model, every girl in this school drools for" Luka smiled even harder, making Adrien glare at him

"So I was thinking. We should all go out tomorrow" Nino asked giving me a smirk "Sorry man, you know my old man doesn't like me going out" Adrien sighed only looking back at his seaweed salad
"It's okay. Marinette?, Luka? Are you guys still in" he asked "Sure" me and Luka said. But as soon, as our fist bump could collide the 2nd bell rang "That's my que to go" Luka said grabbing his backpack"See ya blueberry", "See ya" I said giving him a nice wave — And once I turned around Nino was facing me giving me that (Smirk). "So you and Luka?" Nino smirked once more "What about me and Luka?" I asked  "Marinette you and Luka seem very close"
Adrien put his fork down and turned over, making me the center of attention "We are just friends...And you know who I like" I mumbled the last few parts making sure Nino could hear "Nino has a point Marinette, you always hang out with Luka, it's like you guys are Ment for each other" Adrien said. Man that kinda hurts Marinette thought."N-No we a-are just children I mean C-Child hood friends-s" I said

Ring Ring "All juniors to your 6th period"

Luka was laughing like a crazy Man,on the way to my house "Lila is desperate to be your friend" he said chucking "Y-Ya but you know I wouldn't mind being her friend, if she wasn't that clingy"
We finished our laughing section. It got very quiet,it wasn't awkward but it was just quiet "Marinette I know we promised Nino to go out after school, so I was wondering if you wanted to go, to the music room before classes start tomorrow" Luka said breaking the silence
"Of course, just name the time"' Marinette smiled back "Well, thats the problem your always late." He said scratching his neck. Late when was the Marinette dupain-Chang late?...All the time. "Thats the thing luka I cant be late tomorrow, I have...Extra work to do, Ya Extra work to do" I repeated, trying not to get caught into my own lie
Luka chuckled at me once more and patted my little head "I know when your lying" he finished

I looked at him and he was blushing, which made me blush as well "Hey stop that" he said pinching my nose "S-Stop being cute" I said pocking my cheek.Luka mumbled something under his breath making me stare at him

"Look at that we are at your house" Luka said point straight at the bakery "Oh look at that" I said back, Luka smiled and waved slowly at me "DONT FORGET TO COME EARLY!" Luka shouted "I WON'T!" I yelled back. I opened the bakery door to see nobody, so Tikki flew out of my pocket "Nobody is here? Strange" Tikki squeaked. I walked up to the cash register to see a little note

Marinette remember when me and Papa talked about our business expanding.well we got this great opportunity in America to open up another dupain-Chang bakery.so we decided to see properties. We will be back by next month don't have to much fun without us

I could hear Tikki whispering the note as well. "Man mari I guess the house is just ours for a MONTH" she said yelling the last part "COOKIES FOR DAYS!" She said putting her knobs up.
I laughed at Tikki
I then pulled out my phone, and smiled at the picture "Your really gonna ask him out" Tikki said in my ear "Yup" I said popping the P. "Tikki I have to, I'm a junior about to be a senior and I can't even man up to ask out my crush" I paused and huffed out "If he says No...", I never thought of that. Getting rejected. What would I say or do. Stop it Marinette more negative thoughts. "Marinetteee" Tikki said "Oh sorry just zoned out there"

"It happens. Now for those cookies" Tikki said licking her lips
