Chapter 33

"We need to be enlighten, in order to understand everything"-Author

"Can we please talk?", Joy said to Yeri and Chaeng but no one responded.

"Please? Yeri? Chaeng?", she sighed. "How are we supposed to help the situation if the three of us isn't in good condition?", Joy added and the two of them nodded.

While Wendy and Jisoo went downstairs to take care of the ongoing event and apologizes because they need to close the exhibition in order for them to went in Lisa's house and plan what they need to do in order for Jennie to meet Lisa. Meanwhile Seulgi is still trying to talk to Irene but Irene kept running away from her.

"Rene! Please lets talk", Seulgi trying to get Irene's attention.

"Please. Hyun. I'm tired. Please, My Hyun. I'm already tired", Seulgi said while she bends on her knees.

"You think i'm not?", Irene finally faced Seulgi.

"You think i'm not tired of all this crap that my dad lend on me? This fucking responsibility? This fucking pain?", Irene cried out loud. The tears she hide long time ago.

"Ssshh. Stop crying, Hyun", Seulgi hugged Irene. "Don't you have hopes now? Lisa already knew about it. For sure she will do everything to win her girl. Like how i'm supposed to win you back", Seulgi added.

"But Seul you don't---", Irene got cut again with her words.

"Remember those days we were so happy and carefree? Those days we escape media just for us to go in other country? Those days you get jealous just because many girls comes around me and lets me sleep on floor? You don't even want me to sleep on the couch but everytime I woke up you're lying next to me?", Seulgi said while Irene remiscing it.

"Yes, but all of it were gone after my dad knew about us", then the bad memories came in her mind again.

"Hyun, I tried my best to fight for you before. I tried everything to forget you", Seulgi said.

"You should've!", Irene yelled.

"But I can't. I'm helplessly inlove with you. I am ready to fight for you, to fight what we started. This is a battle of winning back the girl I love or not doing anything at all", Seulgi said.

"I thought you really have someone else", Irene pouted.

"What? You are irreplaceable, Hyun. No one could ever top you. No one will ever meet your standards. Everything about you, inside or out, you're perfect, even your flaws I learned to love", Seulgi said while she rubs Irene's hand.

"I know I lost your trust in me. I also admit i've become coward to fight you before because of the threaten of disbandment. I know you thought i'm a playgirl well I am because I wanted to lose my interest from you. But its so hard, Hyun. I realized I can't. It was always been you, Irene Bae. The lost bunny in the jungle and made this heart of a bear soften. Hyun, I love you and none can changed that even your stupid dad", Seulgi said this staring at Irene's eyes.

But before Irene could respond to Seulgi. Speaking of her dad, he's already calling her. She already know what will happen. She already know the consequence. She already know she fucked up. And she needs to face it.

Seeing Irene quickly entered her car, Seulgi just said to herself "That night, Yeri was drunk, I wondered how Irene escape from her dad. I wanted to just lock her in my house. To hide her and just be with her. I miss her and I realized, yes, i'm really, deeply, madly, helplessly inlove with her and I need to fight for her"

"Seul! Let's go!", she's out from her thought when she heard Wendy called her name.

Seulgi just nod and enter the car going to Lisa's house.

While Irene arrived at her hotel room Jennie's already there and yeah, her dad's already there. No surprise anyway because he's really on her way to Thailand before things happened. Her dad asked Jennie's body guard to left the hotel room and bring Jennie in the rooftop.

"Irene, I don't know how many times will I explain this to you", her dad said.

"I'm so tired having a daughter like you. You are such a shame in our family. I'm doing my best because your mom asked me too. But you kept breaking my rules. Damn", her dad pointing her index finger to Irene.

"Do you think dad i'm not already tired?", Irene sarcastically laughed. "You took the love of my life, my career, my dreams, everything, you took my life, yes, i'm alive right now, but living being numb. I can't feel anything, dad", she started crying. "You think you can hide this shit to Jennie forever? You think what you did with her dad will be hidden forever? You thought, dad. You thought", Irene looked at her dad.

"You know Lisa is wealthier than us, what more when we add Jennie's wealth? Our company will sink dad. Even Jennie's dad won't do anything about this if it will happen. Our company will sink, dad. You all know about it", Irene said this before going out and went to when Jen is.

"Hey", Jennie said while her hair's being blew by the wind.

"Where have you been?", Irene asked.

"I'm sorry, Rene. But I couldn't help not to go there when I saw it. It feels like there's magnet that pulling me to that area", Jennie said.

"Where?", Irene pretends not to know anything.

"An exhibition. It's so weird, when I saw the pictures, it feels like i've been there. Feels like when that picture was taken, i'm in that place. I know its weird. Then my head started to get hurt. I don't think if someone called by my name because the body guards already take me inside the car because my head really hurts", Jennie explained but Irene didn't respond at all.

"Hey. Sorry. I know it's a bit weird. Don't try to analyze it. Its not that important though", Jennie added.

"Yeah. Sorry. Lets go down now. Its already getting dark and its already dinner", Irene said.

Jennie just nodded and held Irene's hand then she smiled at her. Irene has many things to worry. Because its already an assurance that when Lisa knew about what her dad and Jennie's dad. She sure she will turn down their company. She's sure she's gonna win Jennie back no matter what happened. She don't care anymore about it because maybe its time. Its time for them to be brave, to fight for the love they lost years ago.
