It's our first meeting to discuss the series. I'd be lying to say I wasn't a tad bit nervous.

I walked up to a small cafe downtown and opened the door. Inside, I saw Lance sitting in the corner. He made eye contact with me and nodded towards me. That's when I noticed the person sitting next to him. It was Pidge, his editor.

I walked up to the table and sat down across from them, "Good morning, you two." I said plainly.

Pidge waved at me and then looked back down at their phone. I turned to Lance who was typing something on his laptop.

"Sorry, I'm working on my next script for my next video," he apologized.

The first few minutes of our meeting was awkward small talk which I absolutely despised. Which, who doesn't? That was until Lance finished up his script and closed his laptop.

"Alright, Kogane, time to talk about our collab."

The statement caught me off guard since I was just staring at my coffee, y'know, like anyone does. Lance looked at me as if to be asking me a question.

"Um... What about it?"

God, why did I sound like such an idiot? Today was definitely not going to be easy.
