I am intrigued by him.

His glowing green eyes, his slightly longer than short wavy brown hair, you could tell he was a nice person. A genuine nice person. You could tell by the way he talked, the way he carried himself.

That was alien like to me, all I have ever known was abuse and just plain mean people. My father beats me when he is drunk, which is almost always, and my mother left when I was six and gave my two sisters up for adoption... but we don't mention that...

I snap out of my trance and realize I was looking directly into his eyes...

His beautiful green ey- Carter! Stop!

"Ugh... sorry I was spacing out."

I say as I check my phone. It's now 9:12pm

"Shit. Ugh I gotta go." I say forcing my phone back into my back pocket. The good thing about Seattle is that busses run all the time.

"Oh... well okay... see you around Carter." He says with a smirk.
"Yeah" is all I could muster as I turn around starting to walk towards the bus stop once more with a slight smile spreading across my face. I think about that gorgeous smile over and over again as I reach the bus stop and look at the routes I could possible take out of this place.
