It was after school and Josie and the gang were at the max hanging out, The others were seated in a booth while Josie and Davey were seated in a separate table laughing and Giggling. Everyone thought it was cute, except for one.
"So you telling me she went out with that guy?" asked Slater as he pointed to the two who were giggling, Kelly Sighed
"Slater its not that bad there just friends," said Kelly, Slater looked back at Josie and sighed, Jessie took notice of this and she sighed
"If you like Josie then it's fine with me, I mean she did like you back," said Jessie, this made Slater look at Jessie
"When did she tell you that?" Asked Slater, Zack piped in
"Ok even if Slater likes Josie or not he is not going out with my baby sister," said Zack, this made Lisa confused
"Yea but aren't you like.... twins?" Asked Lisa Zack crosses his arm
"Yea but she's like my baby sister, if I was born first then she my baby sister," said Zack after Zack said that Josie walked over holding Davey's hand
"Hey Zack if you don't mind telling mom that I will be home soon because I'm going to show Davey around," said Josie, Zack smiled
"Ok but don't stay out to late," said Zack, Josie looked at Zack and rolled her eyes while leaving

After a while Josie comes home, when she arrives home she sees Zack and the gang in the living room
"Hey I thought you guys went home," said Josie as she sat down her car keys and walked towards the living room, Zack spoke up
"So how was your date with davey?" Asked Zack Josie rolled her eyes
"Zack it wasn't a date, we are just friends and that's final," said Josie "oh and Kelly can I talk to you?"
"Sure what do you need?" Smiled Kelly Josie sighed
"I can't do this in front of my brother so let's go into the kitchen," said Josie
The two walked to the kitchen and Josie spoke up
"So davey said the G word today," said Josie as she sat down Kelly day down beside her
"As in good grades?" Asked Kelly Josie shook her head no
"No he said the G word As in girlfriend, I think he wants me to be his girlfriend again," said Josie Kelly smiled
"That's great maybe he's changed," said Kelly Josie looked down at her hands and shrugged
"I guess he has or I just don't feel the same way about davey I just want us to be friends," said Josie Kelly placed a hand on her arm
"How are you going to break it to him?" Asked Kelly, Josie sighed
"I don't know he invited me to lunch tomorrow at the max, so maybe I could do it then," said Josie Kelly smiled
"That's a good plan so if you don't mind me asking, who do you like?" Asked Kelly Josie sighed
"Well he's one of our friends and he cute," said Josie As she had a dreamily look on her face
"So who is it?" Asked Kelly Josie looked at Kelly
"Will you promise you won't tell Jessie?" Asked Josie Kelly nodded her head "fine I like Slater and I have ever since he first came to bayside 2 years ago,"
"Why didn't you tell him before?" Asked Kelly
"I don't know I guess Jessie just kinda beat me to it and he likes her so I'll never have a chance," said Josie "I'm going upstairs,"
After Josie said that she went upstairs so Kelly went back into the living room and sat next to Zack
"So what did Josie want?" Asked Zack
"She had some problems with davey," said Kelly Zack jumped up
"What kind of problems?" Asked Zack
"She said that davey wants her to be his girlfriend and she just wants to be friends with the guy, besides she likes someone else," said Kelly after Kelly said that Slater piped in
"Who does she like?" Asked Slater
"She told me she likes you," said Kelly as she pointed to Slater, who had a shocked but hey happy expression on his face
