The Dark Ages

Chapter 0 : The Overview (Part I)

In a time when a certain civilization of humans exists and live in a world called Fovvinia that had old history, they thrived and advanced happily and peacefully, they reached a point when life wasn't about surviving anymore, but about learning and knowing more of the world they are living in, settling in cities founded and constructed by a group of leaders that also created the system they were living by... the group was a mystery that not much was known of it other than that they consisted of 13 people who were known as The Origin Founders, history doesn't tell much about them and they seem to have disappeared almost immediately after they created the system.

They had established many settlements such as villages and small towns around the world, but there was three major cities that were the main factors of the system :

1) Mydicore : The main city of education, study and research, with colleges, libraries and laboratories being the main structures in it, it was filled with scholars and people of knowledge or who has been seeking it.

2) Tranzinia : The city of the main operations in the system and a place of the high and rich, while there isn't much poverty in their system there is still people who are wealthier than others and in higher places.

3) Moreis : The main land of production, with vast farms and many storage and supply houses occupying a big part of the city, but it also was the place where all things shifted into chaos in this world...

It was The year 142 after the origin Founders...

There was a an orphan child of unknown origin that was found by a trading caravan in the woods nearby the city, he was unlike all children of his time, as he had an extraordinary intelligence and a way of thinking, he was named Vedith with no last name.

he always saw more to things than most people did, at a very young age he had many theories on how the world works, and he tried talking to people around him and even his teachers at school but his ideas would just pass over their heads, he was beyond them all, what he desired is to work on his theories but no one would help him since he was merely 11 years old by the time, his ideas were more of childish fantasies than attention worthy, and so he decided to do everything he can do by himself, secretly he would get out of the city at night into an old cabin in the woods doing studying on many theories but mostly focusing on the biggest one, The Multiple worlds theory, he believed that the world he and everyone were in was just one of many, his idea with the possibility and then kept on advancing and he continued studying like this for almost a year until some people started getting suspicious of what he does and why but before anyone could have a clue, one night he had a dream of himself hearing a voice coming from a figure, the way it talked was as if it was trying to give him guidance, the talking figure knew all the struggles he was going through and all the thoughts that was on vedith's mind, one clear thing is the figure said to vedith to go to a certain location in the tall trees woods.

Suddenly he woke up frightened and excessively breathing and trying make up something of what he was hearing in his dream yet the only thing he can remember clearly is the location the figure told him to go to, after thinking about it for half a day, Ved decided to go there after midnight out of curiosity.

When the time came he prepared himself and then set out on his feet, it wasn't very far from the city of moreis but it was an unpopulated area according to the map of the world, on his way there he was rethinking everything, who was that figure ? How did it know everything about him ? Was it really a something unusual or was it just some dream that has no meaning ?

He realized after all he wasn't going to lose much if he just went there whether it's just a dream or more than that he would find the answer there or find nothing at all.
