"I Love You, He Doesn't..." {A Sad SebaCiel Story}

~Chapter Three~

Once they made it to Sebastian's house, Sebastian carried Ciel straight to the guest bedroom. Ciel was still nocked out. Sebastian decided to wait and let Ciel bathe and dress himself, mainly because it would be weird for the 29 year old who's been having fantasies about the 19 year old to bathe the younger. Yes, he was in fact in love with Ciel. Sebastian went straight to bed because it was 11:26 and he had work in the morning. He would leave a note telling Ciel what to do while he's away.

'What if something happened to him? What would would I do?' Were questions running wild in Sebastian's head. So he just decided to call in sick.

He layed in his bed and stared at the ceiling. Thoughts of what he heard and witnessed at the Faustus house fled through his mind.

"Fuck..." he murmured.

And he fell straight to sleep once he pushed those thoughts away.

Sebastian woke up to a loud thud sound from the quest room. He instantly shot up and ran to the room. He saw Ciel sitting on the floor next to the dresser. Sebastian ran to Ciel and picked him up. He sat Ciel down in the bed.

"N-no! I-I need to g-go home! C-Claude..." he panicks.

"Shhh, it's me, Sebastian..." Sebastian cooed as he held the small boy in his arms.

"N-no! I n-need to go home! H-he'll hurt y-you!" Ciel said as he pushed Sebastian away, grabbed the clothes at the end of the bed, and ran into the bathroom.

"Ciel! Get out of the bathroom! You are not going home! I won't let you! I'm not gonna get hurt!" Sebastian yells by the door.

Ciel comes out of the bathroom, crying.

"I-...I love him..." Ciel cry's.

"You!? YOU LOVE THAT FUCKING ASSHOLE AFTER EVERYTHING HES DONE TO YOU!?! HES RAPED YOU, HIT YOU, CALLED YOU NAMES, YET YOU STILL LOVE HIM!?!" Sebastian yells not in anger, but concern.

"I s-should pro-probably go..." Ciel says as he wipes his eyes and walk out of the room.

Ciel was scared. He was scared he might've just lost his closest friend. Ciel really did care for Claude but he didn't know what to do. He knew that Claude wasn't a good decision but he had to stay with him. His name was now Ciel Faustus. No longer Ciel Phantomhive.

Ciel walked home even though the walk was an hour long. He walked and walked. He was questioned by adult thinking he was younger then he was. He was harassed by elder men. But he made it. Once he arrived it was 10:48 when he arrived at his home.

"Where the fuck have you been!?" Claude raises his voice as he runs straight towards Ciel. He grabbed Ciel's wrist and threw him to the ground in their room.

"Sebastian took me to his house. But I decided to come back...because...I-I still l-love you..." Ciel cries in the palms of his hands.

Claudes eyes were wide open and his jaw dropped.

"Hahaha, as if. Like I'd ever love you. You had your little friend come in here and push me. Your just my toy." Claude says as he grabs Ciel's wrist and throws him on the bed.

"Since you want sex...I'll give it to you." Ciel says as he takes off his clothes.

Five minutes later all you heard were moans and cries.

"A-Ahh!~..Cl-Claude~..."

Pain...

"Fuck...your so t-tight."

All Sebastian felt.

"Cl-Claude!~..h-harder!.."

Pain.

"AHH~!"

Was all they both felt.

"Your coming to an end~..."

Both Sebastian and Ciel.

Ciel and Claude lay down panting. Ciel regretted everything second of it. He even pictured Sebastian's face when he came. He knows for a fact that he's in love with Sebastian. But he lies to himself. Saying things like he loves Claude and wants to stay with him. Ciel feels guilt everyday because of this.

"You slut~..." Claude whispers into Ciel's ear. Ciel just keeps quiet and turns away from Claude to try to sleep.

Once Ciel knew Claude was asleep he turned around and cuddled up next to the mans chest. He kissed Claude cheek. He waited till Claude was asleep because Claude would never let him show affection.

Sebastian on the other hand was suffering. He wants the small boy to be safe. But Ciel continues to get himself into trouble. Sebastian is just worried for the boy. He wants the best for him. He loves him...

'Why doesn't Ciel love me back...?'
