Mari POV

I didn't tell anyone about the rape not even my dad or my bestfriend. I just want to forget about it it's been Like a week since it happened and I'm doing a pretty good job hiding it. I've been talking to Cam everyday now since he and his girlfriend has broken up ,and he makes it very clear he likes me, calling me cutie and little cute stuff like that, but he still wants me to not tell people we talk. I really don't like that shit but I really like him.

I'm in class in it's really hard to focus on what I need to when I'm dealing with this rape and me thinking about cam. I wish I could just get own place and I could figure stuff out by myself instead of living with my bitch made daddy. "Ms Marianna" my teacher said tapping me. "Huh" I reply "class is over" she says with a smile. "oh my bad mrs.hawks I didn't notice". "are you okay you haven't been your self lately" she asks "yes I'm fine" I say walking out. I get to lunch and everybody crowded around cam and some other boy nyny. Nyny cool or whatever but y'all know how I feel about cam, and I know if they fight nothing good come out of that. They send people to jail for that shit. I walk over to see what's going on and cam was finna fight nyny until I see his supposed to be ex girlfriend jazz pull him back and take him away from it. Damn I hate that bitch.

So I'm at home and my brother laying in my room in my bed sleep. this nigga got his own room even though he don't live here. but he so bright and so little and so cute I let him be. I get a phone call from cam. "Heyy toonka" he say kinda like a question "wassup" I said dry "wassup why u ain't kiked me and wassup with your kik name saying liers?" he ask "why u lie about you and jazz breaking up" I ask "first of all we did break up and we got back together this morning and how you know we was together" he asks "I saw her take you away from the fight" "well yea we back together and I didn't lie now what you doing" I looked at the phone like he was crazy but I just kept talking to him.He then eventually found out I was virgin and at first he didn't believe me.

"How you that thick and a virgin" he asks."because I'm thick with standards" I say laughing. "You gone let me be the one to take it" he asks. "Boy you have a whole girlfriend". "oh shit here you go with this girlfriend shit, what that got to do with me and you"? "A lot I mean that would mean you cheating". "why you so concerned you don't even like her" "I don't have to like her I'm still not a disrespectful bitch unless you provoke me" I tell him. Then we gone on talking about my virginity it always sounds like he's being an asshole but in the beginning it was all good and he was a much better person but I still like him.

The next morning

"Mari wake up" my little brother says shaking me. "what". "It's time for school" "tell daddy to get you ready for school" I tell him "him said tell chu" so I get up get, give him a bath, then I get in the shower I dress him in a red and grey Jordan shirt and his true religion pants and his red grey and white 13's. and I put on my matching outfit. His school was on the way to my school and they give him breakfast. so when we got done getting ready and we walked to the bus stop and got on. after I got him to school I get back on the bus and get to school. This is way my grandma keeps my brother because when my dad has females over doing whatever it is that they do, he always makes me do everything for MJ and I don't mind sometimes but I don't have kids, and it's kinda annoying.

I got to school late and I see cam in the hallway. He walks to me, looks around gives then gives me a hugg. like really dude. "hey cam" "hey why u say it like that what's wrong with you" "nothing I'm late I'll see you later". Later at lunch I see my drill team and I go sit with them and we'er like having a conversation and all of a sudden I start to feel sick. I get up I run to they bathroom and I throw up. " tanka you good" Persha ran in and asked. "yea it was probably just a stomach virus can u drop me off at the hospital after school.

Persha dropped me off at the hospital she had to hurry and get back to dance practice so she couldn't stay. I walked in and filled out the paper work and sat down and waited for my name to be called. It was only three other people in the emergency room but I was waiting about and hour and a half.

It's my turn. "ms monroe" the nurse called. I got up and told them what was wrong they took me in for a cat scan. About 45 minutes after that the doctor came in. "well ms monroe you didn't inform us that you're pregnant"
