OKAY YALL CHAPTER 8 had some technical difficulties but If you didn't read it it should be posted already maybe even twice I did not reach my goal on the comments and reads but it's whatever imma still update because of the problems with chapter 8.
Marianna's POV
*2 months later*
My mom and my little brother is back at home staying with us now. I can't say that I'm completely happy about the mom part but it's cool I guess. She's looking and doing better so I guess that's all that matters. To get y'all caught up school will be out in like 2 days, my dance team is getting ready for summer competition, and me and cam have become really good friends but that's it, because ME AND MIKE ARE OFFICIAL!!! Our relationship has been doing okay. It's just before me and him had sex that night he had been messin around with other bitches and now he has a 1 month almost 2 month old baby girl named Imani. I was really hurt at first but he just explained to me that it happened before me and him started back talking and that he loves his little girl. I accept it and the baby AND the baby mama. Her name is Taylor and she is a really cool chick to be honest all she wants from mike is to take care of his daughter, and she lets her be around me and stuff so it's cool. Mike also has a little job Trynna help his mama pay some bills. Plus he wanna go to college. So I'm Trying to be a good girlfriend and help him out because I know he go to school and right after school he go to practice then to work but sometimes he misses practice to get to work. So I watch his daughter for him sometimes , but it feel like I never see him. He said it's gonna get easier when school gets out and I hope so. And Last but not least DADDY FINALLY BROUGHT ME MY OWN CAR.
After I get dressed in my pink plad button down and my white skinny jeans I put my pink and black nikes on and let my naturally curly hair hang down. I grabbed my phone and my nike backpack and headed down stairs. My mom was cooking breakfast for my little brother, And my daddy was sleep you ain't gone never catch him up this early. When I get down stair she talks. "Mornin Mari" Marcus says while stuffing his face. "Goodmorning" I say back while giving him a kiss on the forehead. "Mari you not gone straiten your hair before you go to school" my mom asks me. "That's a 2hour job I don't have time I gotta go to school that's just the struggle of being half whit and half black" I say walking out the door. I get into the car and drive to school. When I get there it's the same old ghettoness going one squads clicked up and what not. I see mikes squad S.S then I see mike I go over there and everybody say hey and me and mike kiss. The bell finna ring and me and cam got first period together so I see him calling my name I turn back around to look at mike he looked annoyed he really don't like me hanging round cam all the time cuzz he know we used to have sum going but he know we don't rock like that. "gone head" mike tells me and I just walk my way over to cam. "man can you believe tomorrow the last day of school" cam said as soon as I got to him. "yea im happy to, I'm ready for my summer competitions" I told him. "All you talk about is dance what about parties, sex ,and fun" cam says laughing"cam says laughing. "Dance is like a fun party" I say as we take our seats in first period.
At the end of the day as I'm finna pull off from the school I get a text from mike

I drive up to the front of the school and I see Taylor's car. When she saw me she got out the car with the baby in her car seat. "hey Mari" Taylor said as she was hooking the car seat up in my car. "Wassup Taylor how you doing" I asked. "I'm fine thanks for watching her" she says putting her diaper bag in the front seat.
When I get home I take Imani out the car seat grab her bag and mines and walk in the house. One of daddy's customers was just leaving and he was sitting on the couch, then he seen me.
"That boy got you watching his baby again" my dad ask not taking his eyes of the tv. " Daddy don't start" I say going upstairs. Imani was sleep when I walked in my room and Marcus sleep on my bed to. like dang do I get to have space in this house. I grab my phone and I go to my daddy's room. When I open the door my mama in there laying down watching tv. "My bad ma I ain't know you was on here" I say walking out I go in the living room wit my dad and lay on my back while my head on his leg and he sitting up watching football. It was quite. until I decided to speak. "Daddy I know you don't like me watching Imani all the time but I'm okay with it alittle bit and I I've grown to love that little baby" I tell my daddy. " I know I just don't want nobody using you". be said looking down at me and it was quite and we fell asleep on the couch until I hear my mama take a picture of us. when I woke up she had the camera and Imani in each hand. "Aww y'all so cute father and daughter" she says handing me Imani. "What time is it" u ask her. "11:45" she told me then I when up stairs pissed off because school get out at 3:45 his practice get out at 7:30 and he get of work and 10 so why is it almost 12 and he ain't came to get his baby?
Around 12:30 when Me and Imani sleep because I have school in the am he gone call me and say I'm outside. Yea that's all he said was he outside AND HUNG UP. I get up put Imani lil coat on because I can hear the rain outside and I grabbed all her stuff and walked down stairs to the front door. When I opened it he was standing there looking perfectly fine when I'm thinking something happened to him. I hand him Imani and the diaper bag he try's to kiss me but I turn my head and he just turns around I close the door and go back to bed.
