Jai's POV
The next morning i woke up completely in shock. I turned my head to check. the alarm clock and saw it was 10 am. I guess i didn't make it to go eat with the guys. Next thing i know my phones goes off with a text from James.
James - come on up to our room by 11 we are going to the gym.
I didnt take a shower knowing i would just go and get dirty and sweaty again at the gym, so i just threw on some work out clothes then laid and watched some tv for a while.
After ten minutes of flicking though channels i got frustrated and bored so i just decided to make my way up to James' room. I grabbed my soccer ball, my room key, and phone and headed out the door.
Once in the hallway i just started dribbling my ball, but it hit a tray someone left out for the maids to pick up. So it rolled and rolled to the very end of the hallway and into a GIANT suite that was left open.
I peeked my head inside to see if anyone was in there so i could go retrieve my ball. Looking in i saw the room was a complete disaster. and i mean a fucking disaster! there were leaves all over the place, everything was soaked, the sheets were everywhere but the bed, clothes al over the place , and in the back by an open window there lay a girl. just sleeping. i took a closer look and saw a little bit of the window broke and that her arm was bleeding TERRIBLY bad.
My ball was over by this really suspicious girl so i went over to get it, but then seeing her this close made me loose the strength to even pick up or start dribbling my ball.
it was ariana.
I gasped really loud. Maybe even too loud because she flinched and turned over making her cut even more noticeable and terrifying to look at.
I was really worried for her, and i didn't know what to do. So I panicked and ran in the bathroom, which was the only clean part about this room and got tons of hotel towels. Running back to the other side of the suite, with the towels in my left hand i screamed "ARIANA!" she flinched cutely once more and her eyes slowly flickered open. Once i got to her i dropped to my knees adjusting her so her bloody arm was facing my direction. Her still not being fully awake moaned "What's going on." I grabbed a fully white hotel towel and just started wrapping them around her delicate arms. she let out a scared squeal as she turned to face me. "JAI??" a little quieter she added on "Oh my god. what the hell is going on." She glanced into my eyes then quickly took a look at her bloody arm and let out another scream. i was so flustered at this point i just finished wrapping her arms and ran to shut the door , and speedily came back to her lifting her up bridal style for only a second and placed her down gently on her bed.
~Ariana's POV~
My right arm was in extreme pain. When i at first woke up and felt someone wrapping a soft linen on it i was just plain scared , but then looking up and meeting eyes with the human made me in complete shock. Ya i knew Jai was obviously staying here because of the incident last night, but i didn't expect waking up after a horror of a night to see his face. Jai broke the silence and asked "Hey, are you okay?"
Sitting up scooting away from him, trying to keep my distance i replied "Ya thanks." and sighed and looked down at my arm. I plopped my self off my bed and started walking towards the door. Looking back and seeing Jai was still sitting there i motioned for him to come along, at the same time showing him i don't want his company. I'm not so sure he got my hints of me wanting him to go because he got up and came and sat in the nearest chair next to me. "Good. I was kinda worried that i had to call an ambulance or something. But anyways, what happened here?" he asked me in a tone that i could tell was his trying to be cute tone. "Oh you know the storm last night. Anyways, Jai, i think you should be going." "Why? I just got here." he responded,
"May as well just help you straighten this mess up before i head out." he added on with a cheeky grin on his face. "No, i don't think that would be a good idea..." i said , my eyes starting to wonder off from his face, because i knew that if i looked at him he would have me falling for him all over again.
"Oh, C'mon Ari, just because we aren't, ya know, um, tog-g-ther any more doesn't mean i can't help you out in a time of need." i sighed very loud trying to sound annoyed, " Fine, but you will help me clean as a FRIEND, then you will leave." i said, after all it wasn't cheating anymore right? He put on a huge grin and headed to the window to shut it for me... oh boy i thought, this is gonna be a longgggg few weeks.
