Ariana's POV
It was Christmas morning and I had just made my way from the hotel to the Brooks' house. I thanked the cab driver and made my way up the porch.
Believe it or not this was actually my first time at Jai's house, so I didn't know exactly where everything was. I rung the doorbell with my index finger very slowly and carefully, considering i had four gifts in my arms, and I had brought a little snack, so my hands were very full.
I decided not to dress too nice since we would just be hangin' out all day, I'm guessing. I was just wearing some yoga pants from Victorias Secret, a cute little sweater with some Uggs, and I didn't bother to do my hair.
A few seconds after i had rung the doorbell I heard the dog come running up to the door barking, Jai following behind slowly.
As soon as he opened the door I was greeted by Lala (his dog) jumping at my feet. "Oh, hey Lala!" I said in a little baby voice, while jai picked her up and handed her to Beau who then walked away somewhere, I'm guessing the kitchen.
"Sorry 'bout her," he said with a light laugh
"It's okay, she's precious, but um.. Merry Christmas." I said with some excitement in my voice.
"Oh ya, Merry Christmas, let me help you," Jai replied while taking everything from me, as I walked in and shut the door.
"Here, follow me," he said while leading me. I could tell all the gifts and stuff he had in his hands were blocking his view to see, so I let out a little giggle while saying, "Jai, let me take something." I got on my tip toes and took my vegan snack tray from him. He thanked me and then I continued to follow him to the kitchen.

Once we started opening gifts, I was quite surprised that they actually got me things. Beau and Luke each got me gift cards, but Jai actually got me something I wasn't expecting, at all. Jai got me a beautiful bracelet from Chanel , I immediately put it on, still in shock that he got me it, I mean we weren't even dating, just friends. The boys were pretty happy with what i got them, I got Luke a new camera, Jai a new laptop, and Beau some new X-box games. It really was a fun time, I got to get to know Gina and thier Nonno and Nonna more, while we had our Christmas dinner.
Jai's POV
After dinner everyone went in thier rooms to start looking at their new gifts but, I saw Ariana out on the balcony. I went in the kitchen and got two glasses of water and a bowl of strawberries, then I went outside and sat down with her. I noticed she was talking on the phone, and I obviously waited for her to finish. She still didn't know I was outside, due to the fact that she her back was towards me. She turned around once she saw me and hung up.
"Hey Ari, i brought out a little snack for ya," I told her trying to break the awkwardness.
"Thanks, but im not hungry, I'll just have the water," she replied back, gently picking up the glass cup that held the water. As she took a sip I noticed the bracelet I got her dangling from her wrist which caused me to grin from ear to ear.
We were both sitting at a mini table facing the beautiful sunset. After a few seconds of awkward silence Ariana decided to break the silence, "Thanks so much for the bracelet, its absolutely gorgeous." I turned towards her, and looking straight into her big beautiful eyes and replied, "No problem, when I saw it, it reminded me of you."
Ariana let out a small chuckle while thanking me. I took a deep breath knowing I might regret what I was going to say next.
"Anyways, I wondering, maybe if you would wanna go out and see a movie one night?" I felt so relieved that I finally got it out of my mouth. Surprisingly a small smile appeared on her face, but faintly faded away. "I would love to, but I'm way too busy down here." I once again let out a sigh, except this time a sigh of frustration. But to my surprise Ariana wasn't done talking as she continued, "But when we're both back in LA I guess I could join you for a movie." she said while tucking a piece of loose hair behind her ear. "Okay!" I said a little to happily I guess, because she started giggling.
"What?" I asked while lightly chuckling.
"Your smile, I forgot about your sloth smile," she replied, covering her mouth to stop from the laughter.
"Stop laughing!" I playfully hit her arm. "I can't it's so cute!"

Later that night, once everyone managed to tear themselves away from their gifts, Luke, Beau, Ariana, and I all settled on the couch to watch a christmas movie.
Just over halfway through I realized I was the only one still awake, so I switched off the TV and turned all the lights off. Beau was laying on the recliner, Luke was leaning back on one side of the couch, and Ariana was cuddled up with Lala on the opposite side. I walked back to my room and got a blanket to wrap Lala and Ari in, I didn't really care for my brothers.
I gently placed the blanket over them, trying not to wake them up. Once i successfully completed my little mission, I headed back for my room, and right when my head hit my pillow I was fast asleep.
