Pan's P.O.V.
People normally don't like being alone. We like to be surrounded with friends, bragging that we have the most or the best and spending time with them. We like to laugh and to have them be there for us. And although I've grown close to a few friends, many times I think about how people act when we don't have friends.

It sounds stupid, and crazy. How people find happiness and joy without someone to share it with is beyond me. But I guess we all needed time to be alone. My leg dangled over the branch, my other one bent with my arm resting on it. I guess Felix had given up searching for me because no one has tried finding me for a few days which I'm happy with. I needed some time alone to grieve over Eden.

I missed her a lot and things weren't the same without her and Archer running around. A twig snaps and I lift my head, looking in the distance. Lifting my leg, I stay quiet, hearing nothing. A twig snaps under me and I jerk my head to look at whoever it was but nothing was there. Something suddenly grabs me from behind, a cloth over my mouth. I try my best to get away, clawing and biting at the person but they don't give up. My eyes grew heavy and my actions became weak but I still wasn't willing to give up. But my senses soon gave up on me as my actions stopped.

My vision soon faded until I was forced to close my eyes, going limp in the person's grasp.

Eden's P.O.V.
Emma and I eat our breakfast in silence, both in our own worlds. Emma was looking at some ancient book that I had no idea what it was and I was in the fifth diary of Bae with Archer laying at my feet. Turns out Peter was harsh back when he was on the island. He ruled with fear, threats and killing anyone who stood as a threat against him. Bae was trying to find a way out of the camp but somehow Peter knew and was forcing him to stay.

The story of Pan was much more interesting than I thought but to think he has this evil side to him and never wanted to tell me was something that was hard it get over. My neck burns with a sharp pain and I take my eyes away from my reading, rubbing my neck in pain as I wince.

"Eden?" I hear Emma ask, turning her attention to me and away from her book.

"I'm fine." I lie. The pain only gets worse, unbearable as I cry in pain. I wanted to pass out and just have the pain go away but I couldn't, the pain wouldn't let me. After a few minutes, the pain slowly started to go away and I sigh in relief.

"What was that?"

"I don't know." I shake my head. Emma gets up and takes my plate from me, taking it to the kitchen.

"Why don't you go get dressed, I'll clean up down here." Emma offered. I get up, smiling.

"Thanks."

"Don't mention it." She replied. I start to walk upstairs with Archer on my heel. We get up to my room and he jumped on my bed, laying down. I changed into a pair of black leather pants, a black tank top and leather jacket with a pair of brown leather boots to match the outfit. Tying my hair in a fishtail braid, I look back at Archer who looked back at me with puppy eyes, his head in between his paws. He normally did that when he wanted to go hunt which I couldn't say no to.

"Come on, let's go." I chuckle. Archer jumps off the bed and followed me out of the room. But I turn back, feeling like something wasn't right.

Felix's P.O.V.
I look into the fire, dazing off. Pan hasn't returned in almost a week and he's never gone this long. I was starting to worry even more and feared something happened to him. And since I was in charge, I couldn't tell anyone because then everyone would go into a panic and that's the last thing we need.

"Felix." I glance up at Henry.

"Hey kid, what's up?" I turn back to the fire.

"I think someone may be on the island that Pan didn't tell us about." I turn my gaze to him. Pan would always tell me first if someone was on the island and he's never said a thing after Emma and her friends came.

"What are you talking about?" He held a dagger, one I knew. I stand up, grabbing the dagger as I look at the hilt where the pipe was engraved. It was Pan's dagger. "Where did you get this?" I demand.

"In the jungle. It was under a tree with a bunch of carvings Pan probably made. And this was there too." He showed an arrow. The writing puzzled me at first but as I take it from him, I see it was old, rusted and the Dreamshade dried on it. It definitely was one of ours because the crafting was the exact same as the ones we use in our bows. The smooth wood still was in the same shape as it was when it was used, everything the same but one thing, something carved into it.

I drop the arrow as my anger raged.

"Get Borra and get every scout back to the camp now." I snap, walking past him.

"Felix what's going on?" Henry called but I ignore him, the words on the arrow replaying in my mind.

We're back.
