Forget the past and move on.
Yes!
This is the reason why I'm doing this. This is the reason why I am holding the hand of this hot guy while we're walking across a crowded corridor, ignoring the deadly stares of these strangers.
It has been a month since I and Stephen became officially together.
It was like a fairytale come true. I remembered the prom. Hmm...
"Babe," he said when we are already in a restaurant. "There's something I wanna ask."
Oh my, is he gonna propose? Oh! Taylor, shut up! "What is it?"
"Well," he smiled. A mouthwatering naughty smile. "Since we've been together for a long time..." Long time? Really? One month is long for you?
"Yes, babe?" Of course I should not say that.
"Well, I'm thinking we should take this to the next level."
I'm not sure but that line is so... familiar. "Did you get it?" he asked when I didn't answer. I shook my head. "Oh, I forgot you're a virgin."
"What? You mean... No!" His smile disappeared. "Stephen, you know I li-... I love you, but. I'm not... ready yet."
"I understand." Then he became silent again. This is so awkward. But at least he understands.

"He asked you what?" I covered Abigail's mouth.
"Dad will hear you, don't shout." I sighed. "Yeah. But I refused. And he understood."
She removed my hands away from her face. "He should! Oh, those jocka**!" Then she looked at me straight. "Darling, do not make the same mistake I did."
"I won't. I promise."
Then she became calm, lying down my bed. "So, how is your... bestfriend," her tone was mocking when she said the last word.
"Who's that?" Of course, a little drama queen here.
"Oh, you don't know him."
"Yeah. I mean, you are my bestfriend."
She laughed and sat up to face me. "No, seriously, haven't you talk to him?"
I looked down, keeping myself busy with... something. "No. Our last encounter was when he asked me to break up with Stephen."
"What will you do now?"
"Aby, it was you who told me to forget about him, now..."
"I know, but... I just don't want your friendship to go to waste."
"It's fine. We will be gratuating anyway. We'll never see each other again."
"Uh, hello? You're like, neighbors."
I smiled, a sad smile. "I will eventually go out of this town."
"How about Stephen?"
I stopped. I don't know. "We'll figure it out."

Graduation is coming near. I know I should be sad but I'm more relieved. Especially that I got in to University of California Berkeley. Of course, leaving my hometown, my friends and boyfriend will be very hard but I need to.
"What's your plan?" I asked Stephen while we are eating at the cafeteria.
"Plan about?"
I smiled, "The, uhm, future?"
