Chapter 12

Kai's p.o.v (34)

Soren can feel the anger coming off me as he curls at my feet. It took everything I had not to break my counterparts neck. The door opens, I stiffen, I don't want any of them out here. I feel a smile touch my face as my mate walks out.

He comes over, nuzzling my once again covered face. *What soothes you when your like this.* Lloyd asked. *Normally a fly on Soren.* I reply. *Let's go.* Lloyd says. Soren jumps around, he loves to fly. He kneels, I clime on the saddle, Lloyd  gets behind, Erika between us. I make a sling out the harness and put it on, Lloyd slips Erika in the sling. With a pat on Soren, he gently takes to the sky. Erika looks from her position on my shoulder as we fly above the Bounty.

Pulling gently, Soren flies to the clouds, where we watch the sun. Lloyd rests his head between my shoulder blades, he let's a content sigh. *I see why this is your happy place.* He says. *(chuckling) I'm happy place is balls deep in you, this us second to that.* I say, Lloyd smacks my shoulder playfully. Banking to the left, we glide back to the Bounty. I stay infront, just relishing in the feeling of freedom. Erika lays her head on my shoulder, her breath slowing as she drifts to sleep.

Lloyd tries to stay awake but fails, his head nodding on my back. Having Soren slow down, he lands on the deck. Holding Lloyd up, I clime off the saddle, picking hem up. With a sigh, he falls asleep. Taking Lloyd to the room they gave us, I lay Erika in my mates arms. Turning away, I head to the deck to practice some.

Pulling out WyvernVexon, I close my eyes. Snapping them open, I sidestep, blocking a would be blow from Kai's blade. I knew he was there. He tries to sweep my legs, I grab his leg, lifting and throw hem at the mat on the deck. He flips up, charging. Narrowing my eye, I duck, jabbing his ribs. He coughs, I grab his arm, wrenching it behind. I kick hem away from me and put my blade flat to his collor. He growls, grabbing the blade and I snatch it. Kai than piss' me off. He threw fire at my good eye. Had I not turned, he would have burned it.

Uncovering my face, hair singed, I give a glair full of death. Kai's smirk disappears and he runs. He goes into the ship, I follow, literally on his heels. He cuts a corner, Zane, Jay, Cole, Wu, and Nya there as I jump off the corner. "Guys grab hem." Kai yells as he slides between Cole and Zane. I go to murder hem when Jay, Zane, and Cole grab me. It takes everything they have and than some to hold me. "The hell did you....do to piss hem off." Cole grunts in effort to hold me. I break free and would have murdered Kai is I wasn't slamed face first into the floor.

Looking over my shoulder, I see my Cole. The shock is just enough for hem to put an arm bar on me, leaning back and making me bend backwards with hem. I try to break his hold but when hands grip my ankles, I know I'm done for. And judging by the coldness of them, Zane is holding my legs down. I developed a fighting style of using my whole body and they remember that. I also notice Jay's not in the....spoke too soon as said lightning ninja crouches in front. Blowing a breath I was holding out, I hang my head.

Cole doesn't relent in the hold he has. Jay speaks softly as Zane rubs circles on my legs. Slowly, very slowly I calm down. Jay rests a hand on my cheek, I turn into it. "You good." Cole asks. I nod, Cole slowly releases his hold on me as Zane let's me up. Standing, I notice it's close to sunset. "I've held you for more than half the day, he pissed you off bad." Cole says, stretching his arms. I rest a hand on his shoulder, a sign of thank you. "No problem, man. Glad we got here when we did." Cole says. *Love.* I reach out. *The Guys told me their counterparts parts were here, and that Cole had you in an arm lock. You okay now.* Lloyd responds. *I am now. Is dinner ready.* I ask as we head to the dinning room. *Zane just made dinner love.* I smirk.

We sit down and I notice my food is softer than the others. Looking at Zane, he nods. Picking up my fork, I eat. Erika coos in Lloyd's arms, I nuzzle her. We spend the evening hanging before we turn in.
