The day had flown by quicker than usual and excitement coursed through my veins as I made my way over to the campus library. Although I practically read the same book most of the time, Pride and Prejudice, such a strong main female lead. Elizabeth exemplified the true character qualities of a proper woman.

As I reached the book shelf a quiet gasp left my lips. My hands were soon balled into fists once my eyes scanned over the empty spot on the bookshelf. Who else could possibly be reading Jane Austen? This was a catastrophy already today. Hearing hushed whispering I quickly peeked my head out from the bookshelf and identified Mr Styles checking out my copy of Pride and Prejudice. You have got to be kidding me, how much more could I possibly despise this young man?

"Yes I'll return it on Friday," he spoke softly to the librarian who looked as if she was caught in a trance. What was with everyone and this teacher? He looks like every other young man that walks the sidewalks of this city.

"Oh gosh I'm so sorry," a boy mumbled as I was knocked to the floor along with someone else. When I looked up I was met with a beautiful pair of blue eyes. He had scruffy brown hair and blue eyes that a blue sky of a summer day could never compare to. His smile was utterly perfect in the way that it was imperfect.

"No n..no it's fine it was my fault aha," I mumbled and quickly gathered my books together while carefully standing up.

A small giggle escaped my lips and I could easily tell my cheeks were flushed red. The boy seemed so real, he had no indication of being a football player due to the absence of a varsity jacket and yet he also didn't have a proud button stating he was in the chess club so he seemed actually normal. Well this is different.

"What's your name?" He spoke with a smile stretched onto his soft lips.

"My name is uh.. um.." His eyebrows rose in curiosity as my name easily slipped from my mind. Of course I'd forget my name while speaking to an attractive young boy.

"Oh uh sorry my name is Jane," He smiled wider and stuck his hand out shaking mine.

"Lovely name, mine's Louis hopefully I'll see you around, yeah?" I nodded vigorously and watched as he exited the library row and I squealed excitedly despite not getting to check out my favorite book.
