The next morning I wake up, slightly opening my eyes. Something next to me is moving and out of reflex I hit it and push it out of my bed. "Ah!" I hear and a groan follows. My head shoots up and I look at what's laying on my floor. A little too fast apparently because a pounding head follows.

"Oh what the hell?" I say while grabbing my head and laying back down. Zach slowly shows himself with an annoyed look. I look at him and laugh a little. "Sorry, reflex," I say and he shakes his head. "I would hit you back but karma has already done its job I see. Enjoy your first hangover." He grins at me and then walks out of the bedroom. I lay down for a few more seconds until reality hits me.

What the hell happened last night?! He woke up in my bed... wait what time is it?! I turn to my phone and look at the time. It's fucking 12:30! I jump out of bed a little too quick and wobble a little. I can't go to work like this. There's no way.

I decide to call Clara and make an excuse about being sick. She understood and hopes I'll be better for tomorrow's party. Afterward, I want to jump back into bed but I don't know anything about a hangover and I might just need to do some research for that.

I wobble out of my room and find Zach in the kitchen.

"What the fuck do I do now?" I ask him annoyed. "Well, here's a glass of water. Chug down a few, there's coffee and food." He gestures to the counter where everything's standing. I almost vomit with the thought of food and shake my head. "I don't think I'm that hungry," I say almost disgusted by the fresh bread and peanut butter.

"You'll eat anyway and thank me later. There's also coke in the fridge against nausea." He opens the fridge and grabs a coke. He gives me a wink and then grabs his leather jacket to head out. I look at him confused. "Where the hell are you going?" I ask him and he laughs. "I have a job I can't miss. You'll be fine, I'll see you tonight." He says and walks out. "Yeah, I'll be fine that wasn't why I asked!" I yell back at him but he's already gone. I roll my eyes and walk towards the counter where the recipe for 'against hangovers' awaits me.

"Zach!" I yell while looking at my new mirror. I'm wearing my new ripped jeans and a red crop top. "What?" I hear him yelling back. "Come in here for a second!" I yell again and a few seconds later he enters my room. I turn to him. "Is this what girls wear at parties? And hair up or down?" I ask him and his eyes scan over my body.

"Most girls just wear black but you look hot. Don't change that outfit. Oh and down." He says and walks out of my room again. I follow him. Something he doesn't know is that I'm wearing sexy underwear tonight. I don't even know why I'm wearing it, but for some reason, it gives me a confidence boost.

We walk into the kitchen. "We still haven't talked about... you know." I start and he looks at me. "Well, do you want to talk about it?" He asks me and I shrug. "I don't know," It's all so confusing. "Do you want what happened yesterday to mean something?" He then asks and I look up at him.

"I don't know! I was drunk, I barely remember. How should I know?"

"Well, we can't talk about it until you know so I guess that's where this conversation ends." He says nonchalant and I roll my eyes. "You're no help either," I tell him and he laughs. "You're the one that doesn't know anything."

"Can you blame me?!" I ask him without expecting an answer. He waves me off and looks at his phone. "It's almost twelve. Where do you want me to drive you to?" He asks to change the subject.

"Clara is picking me up," I tell him with a harsh tone. "She should be here any minute now, so I'm going downstairs and wait for her. I'll see you in the morning." I say and grab my phone. I put my card and ID behind my phone case and push my phone in my back pocket. Dragging a bag around doesn't sound like a smart idea. I didn't have work with Clara today so I couldn't ask her directly everything about this party.
